First, they weren't professional on the phone when I was trying to book the cleaning. They wanted to do a walk through to give an estimate - totally understand. The day of the walk through I waited for an hour and they never showed up. I called and texted multiple times, finally someone picked up said they were sick and not coming. I chose to find a different company as I felt like Bravo failed the job interview. I will never fault someone for being sick, but if you have to cancel your schedule call your customers or text. If they had just given me the heads up I would have happily rescheduled, but they didn't have the common curtesy so I couldn't use them.
