The ice cream was great, sweet and rich, plenty of flavor. I especially liked that the hard ice cream was served at the perfect temperature, soft but not fully melted so that it has a great mouth feel. Based on the flavors offered and the quality of the ice cream, I would guess that Barney's is serving Hershey's Ice Cream. A nice little quirky place to grab a sweet treat.
