When wrote him about the insurance that when he pretty much known he was caught and I wouldn't let him touch the job again, and he started to offer our money back and said he was going to bring it for a couple days straight till he started to say again, he didn't have the money. Armando and his father from Great Oak Landscaping came out, told me what needed to be done and gave me a very good estimate. They spent 3 whole days removing and leveling many of the pavers, then refilling everything with polymeric sand. The end result was way above my expectations and it looks like a new patio for a fraction of the cost. I would highly recommend these guys not only for their quality work but you could tell they're also a very nice family and easy to talk to.

He did a great job trimming the shrubs. Unfortunately he could not clean out the beds as requested. Our understanding was that he would dig everything out of the beds. I have contacted him since last October to find out if he was planning to come take the tree out but he has never gotten back to me. So now we have things growing back, the tree is still here and we have received no response and no refund for the work not done. We are very disappointed.
