This is what the bottle looks like on their website, and all the photos that I found of the perfume
    Leslie L.

The staff was nice. I had a perfume that had a problem, the top cap was busted and couldn't distribute perfume anymore. I only used a couple sprays before it broke. The Ulta team quickly re-ordered my item and took mine back. They didn't ask for a receipt because I had it on my credit card. I guess there's someway that they can look that up. The only thing that was upsetting is and maybe they didn't know, but the perfume company changed the bottle of their perfume. I had come in and gotten a beautiful bottle of perfume, and then the company changed their design and didn't tell anybody I guess. That's not their fault though but just an alert to anyone looking for this perfume , the bottle has changed and looks blah now. Jean Paul Gauitler La Belle

Natalie has been my hairstylist for 10 years. She is amazing with my own hair as a blonde- which in itself is incredible m, but today she cut my daughters hair for the first time! My daughter has super thick wavy hair and she taught me the entire time how to better care for it- since my own hair is so the opposite! I learned so much and my daughter had a fantastic experience. If I could give 10/10 I would!

    Results were amazing!

I am very pleased with this location. We walked into this location only to purchase some Morphe setting spray and ended up somehow or another spending about $200. I can never get out of this store without trying a million things and buying at least half of them. Lol. My husband was trapped with me on this trip. But he ended up purchasing a lot of product for our daughter. I'm so proud of him! He is secure in his masculinity:) The store was clean and inviting. The customer service representatives were helpful and knowledgeable. The prices were comparable to other Beaty stores of its stature in the area and the location was excellent. I really appreciate the rewards program keeping me updated about coupons and discounts. It also gives me a monthly statement which is very helpful. It gives me a real time view of points and status on every receipt which is very helpful. Overall I would totally recommend. Customer service: 5 Location: 5 Prices: 5 Quality: 5 Cleanliness: 5

I visited this ULTA for the first time while on Christmas break. First impressions mean everything. Both the cleanliness and service at this location are deplorable! Most Wal-Marts are more kempt than this store. (Please see my attached photos.) In addition, the cashier gave attitude when two BOGO items I tried to purchase were apparently not of the same brand. The items had been grossly stocked in the incorrect location. Sure, blame the customer. That makes sense! I hinted, "Well...if someone bothered to organize the store..." Then the cashier informed me that I qualified for a credit card. No way was I giving her any commission. I will take my money to a kinder and more professional ULTA; like the one in Orland Park, IL.

Hmm... Another girl's store, great! As I entered I was overwhelmed (Well, because the lights were extra super bright) with the wide variation of cosmetics and fragrances. Ladies you'll fine just about everything here; Makeup Skincare Fragrance Bath & Body Hair care Tools Travel Items The products are quite pricey, but I guess they are worth it. The employees are gorgeous, friendly, and helpful and they make sure you have a wonderful shopping experience. I believe their trademark is "THE SALON" their services are; Style Color Texture Treatment Waxing Oh! By the way, Men shop Ulta too. Quite interesting store, but I ended up here because of my sister, though.

I am a self-confessed product whore. Typically, Sephora bears the fruit of most of my product whoring, but Ulta takes the edge in one distinct place. Hair products. Oh, yes. Whilst my loyalty to Sephora runs deep as far as my cosmetic and facial needs go; Ulta rules the roost when it comes to the bonanza of products that line the walls of my oversize shower and bathroom closet. Side note: Did you know we were supposed to keep linens and towels in there? Neither did I. Now, I will admit that I like to change up my hair with an alarming rapidity. I introduce and swap out colors at a pace that leaves my go-to stylist on her toes and forever happy to see me. Admittedly, I've had to tone it down a bit now that I am teaching in a private (and more conservative) school but I can't help but to toss in some new colors every six weeks or so. And when you are coughing up your hard earned dollars for some super fresh color, you want to invest in products that will keep it fresh (at least until you change it up again). Enter Ulta. Ulta carries almost every hair product line I have ever had a yen to try out. They always have my straight up favorites, Alterna and Pureology, and a yummy smelling children's line that my daughter swears by for detangling her super thick and wavy mane (she hit genetic gold with that one). Ulta also carries makeup (both drugstore and upscale brands) and keeps me tight with my OPI fetish. All without having to trek all the way out to Orland and my most beloved Sephora. So why the three stars? 1. The salon. Wretched. When a salon can't even manage a blow out on straight hair? Go elsewhere. For reals. 2. The staff. Have a question? You better whip out your smart phone and google that shit because the staff here tend to be more of the, "Ummmm....gee. I'm not sure." and dart away variety. So straight up hair product bliss meets salon fail and far-from-knowledgeable employees. Three stars. Done. Oh! Don't forget to do a google search for Ulta coupons before you hit up the store. There are almost always printables to be found and, in this economy, saving dollars is sexy.

    The Amazing, Jackie! Thank you!

This was the worst experience I've had in any store today…read more I was at this location back in October and the woman who helped then was terrific. I called ahead, and once I got there, she helped me every step of the way. I had my hair damaged by color. I was going out of town; wanted to look nice. I needed both gentle and to even my color. I was going to the Strack's next door that day and stopped in. She introduced me to demi products, which worked out beautifully. My hair isn't further damaged and I've almost grown out of the bad coloring job. She took about 10 minutes and helped me select everything I needed. I was very pleased with the store. I thought I had found a nice place to shop and it's next door to where I do my grocery shopping, which makes it super convenient. Today, when I walked in, there were two blonde haired women at the registers talking. I was pretty confident I could remember what I needed, so I began to help myself. I wasn't greeted or asked if I needed help. Once shopping, I did ask if I had the right demi, I was in the middle aisle (close to the registers) and I could be seen from the front by the women talking at the registers. When I asked if I had the right demi, I got "the demis are in the middle." Again, there was no offer to assist. Two workers, and I was the only customer. When I first walked in at about 5, I thought they were talking work, but after a few minutes, it was clearly gossip. The one woman was loud. I looked at the gloves and there were quite a few of them to choose from. Sizes, types, quantity. None had a price, so I walked to the front to ask prices, (I thought maybe a hearing problem and why she was so loud) and I was told to just bring them up with my purchase. She'd check then. I've worked retail, and usually there's a price book. If the store isn't busy, you work the floor and another would work the register. The person on the floor would assist customers while pricing/stocking/facing. Slackers, I've worked with them. Another woman walked in as I was walking away, she wasn't greeted or offered help either. The thinner of the two women walked to the back store room. I walked over to the developer, which is right next to the store room. I asked if there was a difference in developers. She let out a big sigh, and said with a demi you'll need a 10. She stood in the doorway. I grabbed the 10, three different packages of gloves, and proceeded to the checkout. I planned to purchase more things, but just wanted the things to color my hair and to get out of there. I had more shopping to do and with how things were going, I wasn't confident I had the right developer, but I did think I had enough at home so I'd return if needed. I planned to call in the morning to check. My hair can't take more stress. When I walked to the register where the thinner woman was standing, I asked her to price check the gloves and they were pretty expensive for surgical type gloves, I told her I was going to Walmart later and would just grab some there. I didn't mention the price. Rather than set the gloves aside and check me out, she left the register took the gloves back to put them on the shelf. The heavy-set woman just stood there never asked me to step over, and didn't say a word to me. She wasn't doing anything. When the other woman came back she asked me to step over to the other register, because hers wasn't working. At this point, I was frustrated, and there was nothing I had done that was rude, or to warrant this type of treatment. I asked if there was a manager available, they said no, and I said "of course there's not and it's obvious." This infuriated the larger woman. Next, I said to the larger woman snarkily, "why did you make me wait if you're the only register open? I know, because you're too busy talking to each other and not working." The larger woman did this tough act thing with me and said "we have a life outside of here and you should mind your own damn business, bantered on about her arthritis and how she could work circles around me at double my age" (I'm 52 and she's about 60) kind of funny, but I was also pretty angered by some of the things she was saying. (there was more) I said "you're working and you're being paid to work, this is your life right now. Maybe your feet wouldn't hurt if you wore better shoes to work and not open toed sandals." She didn't directly threaten but said something about taking me outside, I laughed at her and noticed this huge tattoo on her large arm and called her trash." The other woman told me to leave, even though I was still happy to check out." I called the bigger woman f'n trash a couple times for value, and left. I'll never go there again. I've worked retail, and owned a good sized cleaning service. In no way was she supposed to be wearing open-toed shoes at work. OSHA/Workman's Comp 101, stuff drops on feet in retail. Allegedly, the manager is Tina.

An employee sat outside on the sidewalk waiting as well in 87 degree heat, when the owner finally showed up around 10:50am. (First sign of an unprofessional business, I should have run then) Nonetheless, I purchased around $50 in merchandise, including a $29 Andis curling iron. I plug it in yesterday, & see that it is not turning on. THEN, I feel an electric shock to my leg. The chord was entirely disconnected/busted from the base of the wand, & the tip shocked my thigh! I go to exchange it today (they have 3 more in the case), and the same gentleman that got it for me originally said "Let me get the keys". The owner STOPS HIM, & tells me to call the company. He REFUSED to exchange it, even though there were 3 more in plain sight. Imagine my frustration...I was understandably annoyed. He called the police (I did as well, having done nothing wrong but patronize his business)...the amazing officer listened and questioned the owner about the policy. The receipt clearly states "EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY"? He told me to sue him...he agreed the policy was bad business. FYI, I contacted Andis, they no longer make the iron...so I am out of $30+tax for it and he has 3 IN HIS CASE. We have to stop supporting businesses that make 99% of their profits off the backs of the community in which they position themselves, but refuse to conduct fair & professional business practices. This would not have escalated at a Sally's...this business does not respect the very demographic that enables its viability.
