I know it's only the tax amount but if they did it to me, they'd do it to someone else...it all adds up! There was a well dressed woman sitting on the floor opening many boxes of ornaments, taking them out and tearing the tissue. She then set the ruined box back on the shelf. Yes, an employee saw her and said nothing. OK.......the second time was ok, not special. Needed a card and I was passing so, what the heck....Yesterday was the LAST time. My daughter and I went in and bought cards and gift cards. We were at separate registers. After lengthy discussion with each other the clerks decided it was OK to try to run our credit cards as their system had been acting up. OK.....well, VERY long story shorter.... they ended up running the gift cards which could not be accepted because their credit card system was down. They knew this before even trying to do the sales. One was the manager!!! Why...oh why......would you run our cards if you knew it wouldn't work????? We now have a total of $150 tied up because these women didn't do the responsible thing and tell us " NO. I'm sorry our system is down and not taking gift cards." That wasn't hard for me to say. Of course, the manager did say to stop taking cards after spending about 20 minutes getting us taken care of. It took you mere seconds to take my money (Yes, I checked while still at the register) but I still don't have my refund. Oh, yes, I was told that was instantaneous, too. Um, no, it's really not. I am not rich. I do not have money like that to throw around or to hold for several days because of your errors. If you want to let a woman sit on the floor and ransack your ornaments, that's your business. Taking my money is my business and it is not appreciated AT ALL!!! I will NOT be back nor will my family. INCREDIBLY bad service.

The inside of the store is no different very clean and orderly. The staff inside provide great customer service and seem to remember me each time I return. Mikey in the photo section takes great care of my photo needs and offers outstanding customer service. I frequently process photos and posters that I use in the course of my business at this location and am always very satisfied with the product. When using the photo service app for my personal photo processing I am always amazed at how easy it is to upload photos and have them printed, sometimes within an hour. The one bit of criticism I would like to offer is the somewhat invasive nature of the rewards program. Signing up for the program required me to provide much more personal information then I normally provide when participating in other retail rewards programs. Most discounts need to be obtained using a rewards program card which allows tracking of the consumers patterns and purchases in exchange for sometimes deep discounts. I get it but feel that they have too much of my personal information tied into my retail purchases.

They have reprinted things for me that I felt didn't look right the first time with no charge. I'm an artist so it is sometimes funny when I have my photos or art printed because they need me to sign a form saying its my own content. I get it though only because so many people want to sue for everything! (Even if it's not the company's fault at all) Pharmacy- everyone has been helpful and nice even when they are crazy busy. No problem looking up to make sure when I take something over the counter it will not react to other meds. I've been pleased with their service. I do have a prescription for pain meds but unlike one reviewer I have never had a problem with the people treating me differently or like a junkie. Everyone here has been really great!
