I was respectful throughout this interaction and did nothing that warranted the treatment I received. This incident occurred near closing time (around 6:00 PM) with the associate assigned to the front door preparing for store close. I was looking for a product that was not available on the shelf. After receiving no assistance, I opened a bottom drawer to retrieve the item. The associate immediately approached, forcefully kicked the drawer shut, and reprimanded me in a condescending and demeaning manner. I was made to feel embarrassed and unwelcome rather than helped. This behavior was unprofessional and reflects a serious lack of training and leadership. No customer should be shamed in a retail environment for attempting to complete a purchase. I spent over $150 during this visit and have been a loyal Sephora customer since 2011. Experiences like this are exactly why long-term customers choose to stop shopping in-store. I will not be returning to this location and will opt for delivery or another store instead.

I spotted a few rather spendy perfumes and colognes - do you really want to spend upwards of $50 to smell nice? I guess people do. We did manage to pick up exactly what the Mrs was looking for. She's a huge fan of Sephora and this one had a few lines that were not available in the one closer to home.

Absolutely horrible service I came into the store because I am flying out to Charleston tomorrow…read moreand I wanted to experience this Bath and body Works here at Utica Square that everybody was raving about customer service at check out was absolutely horrible! I asked the cashier if they by chance had a coupon because my purchase was greater than $80 she stated that no there was no coupons but that I could check my email I had told her I had accidentally deleted my email this morning but I know that they can utilize some of the coupons to bring down the cost especially when it's a repeat a customer and a customer who has already a loyalty account of which she saw. She kept saying sorry we're just not in Charleston we're in Oklahoma and we don't have here the coupons that you may have at home- i'm sorry but if you are a retail business in a chain add that shouldn't you have the same exact things at all the stores all your employees wear the same uniform why can you follow the same policy? I paid for my purchase and I left I also asked about a pride candle holder that they had and she stated that I could get it online if I wanted to in the case that it breaks and I thanked her and said that was fine but you could tell that she was very standoffish just because I am wearing my pride bracelet wearing my pride shirt and letting people know that I am actually a lesbian. Shame on this Bath and body Works I'm really disappointed I will never come back to this Bath and Bodyworks I would rather go to the mall them to come to Utica Square it is not all the hype everybody made it out to be!

I am newer to the area and found this place while shopping around for home decor. I love these kind…read moreof hideaways with unique items. The candles and jewelry were amazing, and I had already made a decision to buy but wanted to take in everything else they had in store. I realize the staff has spoken to every single person who came in behind me, and I do mean every one -- and traffic was in and out. Meanwhile, I'm actually shopping . The young lady who had been behind the counter passed me up completely . . . goes to the other two young ladies not more than 5 steps away from me and proceeded to proactively tell them about additional aviators they had available. I turned to look at her, because maybe . . . she didn't notice me. She turns and passes me again and just says "excuse me." This is a small location, a boutique type shop that you really can't miss anyone in. I let her know that I was actually looking for something and that no one had said anything. There weren't but a few of us inside by now. She answered with "oh sorry, we've been so busy." But certainly not too busy for the 20 folks who had been in and out behind me - greeted with a smile once I noticed and offered help. Sure - I looked around at the now empty place, thanked her and walked out. My Amex spends like anyone else's but perhaps I didn't look like anyone of the other customers. This type of blatant "overlooking" and poor customer experience is 1000% unacceptable these days.

I found out about Por Ella (For Her) two weeks ago through social media, when some of my friends…read moreshared their pictures of their opening day. What immediately grabbed my attention besides the super cool-looking building, was that it was an all female Latina team. The concept of being a one-stop shop for self-care is brilliant! The team is made up of five beautiful women who could be models, but instead focus on helping us become our best selves: -Liz- owner focused on tooth gems, whitening, body sculpting & hyaluronic acid pen. -Jocelyn - owner and licensed esthetician- facials and healing of the skin. -Laura -licensed esthetician - lash extensions and brows. -Gali--licensed esthetician - body waxing -Giselle -massage therapist, body sculpting & treatments You can easily book the service of your choice online and see the availability they have. I made an appointment for a facial because my skin takes a toll during winter. If you're a first time client, you can schedule a skin analysis consultation to determine what the best treatment for you is. You can also select a personalized facial which includes a basic cleanse according to your skin type. This is the one I selected. I had not had a facial in over a decade and I forgot how relaxing they are! It was 45 minutes of pure bliss. Do yourself a favor and visit Jocelyn. She uses a steamer to open up your pores and then gets to work. It was so relaxing and the products she uses smell like fruit and something I'd eat. She mentioned they're natural products which I love since my skin is sensitive and can react to harsh chemicals. At the end, it felt like my skin was breathing. Jocelyn gave me a bunch of skin tips and said next time I can schedule a FreshGlo Facial, an ultimate deep cleanse facial focusing on nourishing the skin and targeting main concerns. Even the next day, my skin felt so soft and different from before. I'm hoping I can try the Dermapro Dermaplaining, where she uses a surgical blade to remove the topmost layer of dead skin along with peach fuzz. I've seen videos of this and it looks great! The building they're in is super cool with the exposed brick and industrial feel. I can't wait to try other services. I already booked a deep tissue massage. Come here to relieve everyday stress!
