I got a Gel X full set with a black French tip. Honestly disappointed even for a chop shop. The older lady who was doing my nails was kind of rude and was very messy with the gel application and French tip art. I was supposed to have a line art heart on the ring finger of each hand but even with the picture literally pulled up next to me on the table she still forgot it. The nail process was very unsanitary and she reused multiple nasty files and drill tips. About half way through one of her repeat clients came in, so she them proceeded to rush through my manicure and even told the regular to "give me five minutes" even though we hadn't even started the gel polish yet. read more

Since the management has changed I LOVE this salon. The girls are so nice and polite and I feel like they are well trained. Sanitation appears to be very good also. Wendy is amazing! I have never had such a terrible experience at a nail salon. To start, my sister, myself, and our boyfriends called ahead for pedicures, to which they said they would be able to fit us all in in the next hour. We arrived and waited 45 minutes for service. I asked for a pink colored polish and they gave me a bright yellow color instead. The man doing my nails also didn't fully cover my toenail with polish. When it came time to pay, I told them I wasn't comfortable paying full price and did not want them to re-do them after the experience I had. They told me I HAD to pay full price and that it was not their fault. The ENTIRE staff stopped what they were doing to force me to pay and it was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. My sister and I asked for the same color and she ended up with the wrong color and the polish did not cover her whole nail. Pre-paid for a deluxe pedicure + 15 minute massage for my mother to go here and have a relaxing day as a mother's day present. Per their website, it is a 4 step treatment. Set includes sea salt soak, sugar scrub, mud masque and massage cream. The massage was supposed to be on her legs and was to be 15 minutes. Not only did they rush her when she arrived to pick a color off the wall, they also did not have the color she picked. They then handed her a color wheel of colors that was none of the colors on the wall. She ended up settling on a color after being rushed to do so. During the pedicure, she did not receive the mud masque. When it came time for her massage, she told me she maybe got 3 minutes of a massage per leg. This was no different than a standard pedicure for the $13 difference in cost + the extra $4 for the 6 minute massage she received. This in itself is unacceptable. I called the business to speak to them about these concerns and they ARGUED with me about the services received. He stated that they ran a timer for the message. This was a LIE. He did not run a timer. I tipped generously in advance and expected my mother to go and have a STRESS RELIEVING time. NOT one where she left upset and disappointed in the services received. I picked this salon because of their positive reviews. Too bad they lack basic customer service skills and appreciation for the clients that they do receive. Not once did the manager offer an apology or offer to compensate in any way. All he did was argue. read more

I got great service from the lady doing my toenails. We went to the manicure station and she started doing my mani. Then things went downhill. The owner walked up and told her to go do another pedicure and that she would finish my manicure. The girl who was doing my nails was visibly upset and frustrated by this. The owner kept asking me, "it's OK if I do your nails, right?" The girl left and then the owner left, and I sat there for quite some time by myself. At first I thought the owner was being lazy and didn't want to do a pedicure. The owner proceeded to do the worst job I've ever had on a manicure. She kept walking away to answer the phone, wash towels, and at one point she disappeared to the back for a long time. She tried to skip filing my nails and clipping the cuticles but I said something and she half-assed it. I went up to pay and there was a different girl taking the payments so on a hunch I asked if they actually get the tips customers leave. She said they did get the tips except when the owner jumps in on the services; then the owner takes half the tip. So, all I can guess is that the owner knows the girl who did my pedicure gets good tips because she does a good job, then she jumps in, does the bare minimum, and steals half the tip. I came back with cash for the girl who did my pedicure. Shameful that the owner steals from the workers. Come here but tip cash. read more
