It's been far too long since I'd been into an Ulta. I I remember when this location opened, but I somehow forgot it was there until recently. They're across from Bliss Bee and Starbucks and a block over from Chase bank, so you can take care of numerous needs easily. Not only do they have a fantastic array of skin and hair products, but they also offer hair, skin and brow services. My brows needed a threading in a bad way, and was so happy that Hannah does threading as well as waxing. Store is bright and colorful. Hannah is the brows expert. I made an appt the week before (appts are highly recommend, as she books up quickly). After warm greeting, she first treats you with under eye patches to rejuvenate the area and reduce puffiness. She then outlines your brow to ensure it's the right shape. She works methodically and fairly gently. She then uses scissors to trim any wayward hairs . Looking at the final results in her mirror, I was thrilled with the results. I highly recommend this store for the friendly staff, great customer service and array of services and products. read more

Bunny was amazing! She understood what i was trying to find... not an easy thing to do for a senior with little make up experience. She did not make me feel humbled. I love this store! The staff on the floor were amazing with helping me find items. The register girl was not so great. Luckily I keep up with the free item gift purchases as she was not going to give me my free items. I had to inform her I was owed two free items with my gift purchases. I think the manager should train the employees better. read more

Eliza made empty promises of me getting my make up done by someone in order for me to leave a black owned product aisle and tried to convince me to switch to Mac instead of trying this new product despite there being many photos of white and Hispanic women on the stock images of models wearing the product. I am extremely disappointed of the lack of inclusiveness at Ulta especially coming from another female where you would think she would welcome inclusivity. read more

I get my hair cut by Jackie and Whitney and they always do such an incredible job. I have curly hair and they are very knowledgeable/ do a great job cutting and styling it. It's hard to find hairdressers who can really take care of curls and they do a wonderful job every time. 10/10 read more

There's a good selection of hair and makeup products here, but the customer service is awful. I stood in front of the cash register for 15 minutes waiting for the woman to ring one item out. She never once apologized for the wait and gave me an attitude. read more

Every time I've gone into the Ulta in Williston, the customer service has been great! Friendly & helpful. I went in this past Sunday (4/18/21) and Elizabeth went above and beyond the expectations! A great new addition to the Burlington area! There is a very limited amount of beauty stores so when Ulta opened up there was a lot of excitement! They have a good mixture of drugstore brands and high end brands as well. There is a beauty bar inside for eyebrows and haircuts. The staff is very hit or miss in terms of service. The ambiance is very light and bright as to be expected of a makeup store. There is a great selection of men and women fragrances. You can buy hair care, makeup, skincare, bathing supplies and so much more here! read more

Really needed this store because the only other option for make up & beauty supplies is the small Sephora at the mall, which is nice but again it's just small.... This Ulta has an expansive inventory and is nice/ up to date. My only complaint is that the handful of times I've been to the store, the staff blatantly ignored me and were pretty unfriendly. I was not greeted, no one asked if I needed help, etc. I felt like I was just being ignored while they all clustered together and chatted like customers weren't there, about things like when they were going home, what tasks they had to do....This is a big pet peeve of mine while shopping because it's annoying it feel like I'm some outsider coming into "their" store. If you go in knowing what you want or are confident enough in the beauty department to just browse through the store it is definitely a refreshing, fun, great addition to the shopping options in the area. read more

Love this store but the salon here is terrible! Made the mistake of coming here to get my hair cut. I got a simple trim, which took over an hour for the girl to do. When I got home, I realized my hair was about an inch longer on one side and it was longer in the front than the back. I ended up having to cut my hair myself to make it look presentable. read more

I am glad this store is here but not really sure if the people who work there like to help anyone , I was looking for a concealer and the person at the MAC counter gave me my wrong color for my under eyes he did not even help me find my right shade he pretty much was like yeah yeah that's it smh .... so I had to bring it back the next day . When I bought it back to find the right color for me no one wanted to help , they were all standing around talking . I was in the store for 30 min and no help . I had to call a friend at Sephora in NYC to find my right shade lol this why I don't like going to stores like this you can never find good sales people. If you get hired to do a job ...do it !!! And do it with a smile ....that's what you get paid for. And to the young man who gave me the wrong concealer I saw you standing right there at the Mac counter like you where the day I meet you , you did not want to help me then you try to not help me again smh.....Other then that I love love ultra beauty....
