Today I went and got my nails done too for the first time. I want to point out that the lady that did them wasn't the same lady that did my toes. my toes are great and don't hurt, she was gentle and cautious about not hurting me. my nails on the other hand... they are so tender I couldn't even peel a sticker off of a piece of fruit. When I put my…read morefeet in the water, there were an alarming number of floaties in the water (I am skeptical they were from me) and the water was lukewarm at best. When the nail tech sat down, she texted on her phone for quite a bit before starting and didn't acknowledge me (I said hello). She then got to work and as she removed "gunk" from my toes she smeared it on my big toes rather than on the towel. I've never had that happen before. I looked at her with a "wtf?!" expression and her look back was full of disdain. She then got the attention of her colleague next to her to look at my feet- they both laughed at me. I should've stopped the appointment there, but I was completely frozen at that point. I was humiliated. She continued to work on my feet and it hurt when she worked on the cuticles (I've never experienced such discomfort at a pedicure appointment before). She checked her phone again. She worked on my calluses on each foot for about 30 seconds and didn't remove much. When it came time for the lotion, she pulled her phone out again and was looking at it with one hand while barely rubbing in the lotion with the other (it was like she forgot I was there). She then got up leaving lotion all over my legs to go text more and plug in her phone. I finally got to the drying station, and while my toes were drying, another woman started mopping the floor all around me. I understood it was close to closing time, but there were still three customers in the salon. I should've complained, but I was so upset, I was worried I would be rude. I don't have perfect feet, but I still deserved to be treated with respect. I will never go back there. It was a truly horrible experience.

I got a regular pedicure which included a lower leg exfoliation and massage. They have massaging chairs as well. The older woman doing my pedicure was polite and did a base coat and top coat for the regular polish. It took about 30 minutes, and she did a good job. It cost $40 plus $5 to remove my old nail polish. Located in a small shopping plaza with a small parking area on busy Williston Road, so it's a bit hard to turn in and get out of the lot.

Wow, she is an excellent masseuse. The facial I paid for was the hibiscus clarifying facial and she did not do any extractions, which I thought was weird. The mani pedi was done by Cassidy, and while the pedi was fine, the mani was great. I told her I really wanted her to focus on my hands and she did a great job. I would say that the owners could stand to let us decide was is best for us, instead of telling us--I definitely felt patronized a bit by being told what I needed and what I should get, but I am reviewing the services, not the owners. My pedi could have been a bit more thorough, a bit more cuticle maintenance and the color could have been better but I told her I was more interested in my hands, and she did do that well. I think I would come here for a massage and maybe one of the powder or gel nail services, as the regular nail polish services were very expensive.

You call before entering and the ask the questions that you would normally fill out on paper, they take your payment over the phone, so when you're done you can just leave. They are also not waiting for you with water after the massage due to covid. Had a 90 min massage today with Kyle. He was wonderful and massage felt great. Firm to deep tissue massage, which he was able to do with ease. Had lots of knots that he took his time to work out the best he could. Always checking in throughout that everything was ok and temperature of blankets were ok. Also called ahead of time and talked to Erin when booking appointment.
