My mom has stage 4 colon cancer and we have been trying to make her life as normal as possible after moving both she and my dad into an assisted living facility. She has limited energy, so we can no longer take her to her old salon. The folks at Ultra have been amazing. Each time we have made an appointment they have gone out of their way to make her visit as comfortable as popular. They make sure she gets exactly the cut and color she wants and are patient and understanding of her limitations. The store is nice too, I've had lots of opportunity to walk around a check out the products. Overall, it's a great place with amazing staff, you should check them out. read more

Ulta is newly opened in Yukon off of I-40. The store is beautiful and ginormous. They have a huge selection of make up. They also have an eyebrow bar and a hair salon inside. Their point system is the best part of shopping at Ulta. You can accrue money instead of just samples. My only complaint is that the store has a lot of perfumes and scents that are sprayed. I'm not sure why; most Ulta's aren't that perfumed. I had a headache and a runny nose from allergies after a short time in the store. I hope they become more cognizant of people with allergies. read more

Incredibly disappointing visit to Ulta in Yukon. Their salon was recommended to me by a friend as I was looking to get a haircut. I made an appointment online and arrived on time. When I walked over to the salon area, there were two stylists who were working on other customers, they both looked up at me and did not acknowledge me, greet me, or ask if I had an appointment. I waited a little longer, but still nothing. Another employee approached me asking if I needed help and said she would let the stylist know, who had already finished with her previous customer. Another fifteen minutes later and still no update and the stylist never approached me. A total of 30 minutes passed, at which point I wanted no service from this store. Never experienced terrible customer service like this at any store or salon. I will not be coming back here and would not recommend this location to anyone. read more

This store is a big hot mess. This is the fourth and the last time I go in there, which stinks because it's perfectly located. Every single time I have entered the store, no one says anything. They'll look at you, but that's about all the assistance you'll receive. It is always messy, things are just tossed about, numerous items aren't price marked and IF you can find a worker, they'll more than likely have no clue as to what's going on. Checkout was an adventure, as well. No line to get to the counter, but when I did, she literally just walked off three or four times while I just stood there trying to pay my $300 total. I was at least asked if I wanted the receipt with me or in the ONE bag that I was given for all of my purchases, because apparently there must be a severe bag shortage at this Ulta, but no thank you, no thanks for shopping, no we appreciate your business. Nothing. So....Sephora and MAC store, my business is heading your way!! read more

Terrible customer service. Prestige consulates were putting on their own makeup. Absolutely unconcerned with what the customer wanted. I used to work at ulta in Newport Beach ca. These young girls have a lot to learn about customer service. The cashier I instead of asking a prestige consultant to exchange the tester for the real product while I was feeling sick to my stomach made me go back to get it. No Sence of ergency . She only wanted to deal with young pretty girls. I spent $90 with hardly any concern by the staff. I asked what the managers name is she didn't know . The man in front of me asked for a complaint form they didn't have any! read more

Took my old, sick mother shopping here for her Mother's Day out because that is what she wanted. The store was exactly like you'd expect, exactly like the other Ulta Stores. But my mom was so well taken care of, Chelsea helped her with several selections and she was able to find exactly what she was looking for. Chelsea was phenomenal - extremely courteous and professional, and she really knows her merchandise. Mom was unfortunately kind of gassy but Chelsea kept her professionalism and her cool! Chelsea needs a HUGE raise because she is not getting paid enough. We will not hesitate to ever come back. read more

The manager if that's what she is has terrible customer service skills. Went in with my daughter she is all about the Morphe by James Charles and they had a brush set for $25. I get to the register and it rings at $45, so I showed the cashier where they were stocked and the label said $25, she said yeah they really don't have a spot because we are fixing to make this section bigger. I asked her for that price, she calls a lady to the front to help her. That women was not friendly said no I couldn't have it at that price, I said well they are stocked there, she says they don't have a spot. She went and got them from the shelf slapped them on the counter and says here let me just change it, and proceeds to give me that price. Not a I'm sorry, no Thank you from her, no have a nice day, just an evil eye and a loud I will help the next customer (one other person in line). The cashier however was helpful, friendly and even told me to have a nice day. Maybe this manager should take customer service skills from her cashiers. If something doesn't have a spot don't put it in a spot that it doesn't belong or that is cheaper, retail 101. read more

Attention curly haired girls! Daniel at Yukon Ulta is your man! Just had my clear hair colored and a cut and style. Can't tell you how many times I've been butchered in my lifetime by stylists that haven't a clue how to cut curly hair, but Daniel did a fabulous job!
