I walked over to Bath Sorbet today since I'm currently staying close by. It's a local business that…read moreis an absolute joy to visit. They sell a variety of bath bombs (adult and kid bath bombs), bath truffles, bubbly bars, shave soaps, salt soaks, etc. Their list of products goes on and on! The minute I walked in, I noticed two things: the little ding of the bell when I entered the door and the immediate fragrance that you can't miss. The bell prompted an employee to come from the back (there was no one up front initially) and she snapped into action. She asked if I had ever visited Bath Sorbet before, and I told her I hadn't been here before. She quickly gave me a run down of the different products and prices and handed me a bag for my convenience while shopping. She was so sweet and knowledgeable about everything they had to offer. She told me her personal favorite's so I ended up getting 3 of them: the Mermaid Bath Bomb ($5), the Fruit Loops bath truffle ($3), and the Peach truffle ($3). They all smelled magnificent! She even told me she leaves one in her car, so it smells nice. They do have an online website, so you can place an order there if you don't live near the location in Yukon, OK. She told me they ship across the entire US! I'm glad I found this cute local business!

When I left the store I thought my hair was still a little damp, thinking that's why the blonde looked a little darker. Come to find out it's not. Which means she pulled the foils too early. My blonde is not the bright/vanilla blonde I was going for. It's copper/orange. I will have to get this fixed. I did call the store the very next day and a manager was not in. I asked them to return my call and the associate reassured me that either the store manager or salon manager would return my call. Neither of them did. This is disappointing and not only a waste of my money but my time as well. I think the girls in the salon may just need more experience with time.

I emailed them and they just said "we will need you to go to the store so they can provide you with the right item." I went to a store that is 45 minutes away because that's the only one that had the eyeshadow palette that I wanted and it could only be purchased in the store. I live 15 minutes from the Ulta near me. I'm not driving way, way across town. 45 minutes is a very long way to drive in OKC. Don't you guys ship orders to people every day? Why are you having me drive so far out of my way to fix your error? I've been a member since the early 2000's. I guess they don't care. The store associate was very sweet but corporate customer service leaves a lot to be desired. If I could give corporate zero stars, I would.

TLDR: If you choose to print photos here, just check them all before you leave…read more I didn't really appreciate my experience here with printing photos. I had sent in 6 photos to be printed for a gift. I arrived in the morning when they were not busy at all. I stood at the photo desk & they have a button that says "press here for assistance." Well I pressed it... 3 different times and nothing happened. So I walked up to the check out ladies & they came over to help me & laughingly told me the button doesn't work. If that's the case, then just remove the sign please. They handed me my photos & I had purchased them for half off, so the price was good but the quality I received just wasn't what I was expecting. They look fine just a little fuzzy? And the photos were professionally taken. My husband in one printed photo had a black mark near his eye, so I asked them to reprint it. She did & the same thing happened. Somehow on the upload a mark appeared & it wasn't the printer, it was just the digital version. So I asked how to fix it & I got some suggestions with little to no desire to help me out. They offered to photoshop it but I didn't want to risk that. I tried using their kiosk but it took way too long to even try to look up the photo on my phone. So I just left with 5 okay pictures & 1 picture that we'll just laugh at. I'll probably try somewhere else next time or get my own photo printer.

For the past couple of months I've missed my hair appointments because of life being unpredictable…read moreand my regular stylist's packed schedule. I needed to find someone new, but after my last experience with another stylist when my hair was turned purple and orange, I've been reluctant to look elsewhere. After searching on Google, I found The Willow Organic Salon. Today was my first appointment. I'm so happy. Brittany did a great job. My hair was dry and brassy and she fixed it without using harmful chemicals. I look forward to my next appointment.

PRESSURE-BASED CONSENT…read more I HIGHLY do not recommend this salon. Would give 0 if I could. I chose this salon because I'm pregnant and wanted the low toxins even though my OB said it's fine for me to be around the dye in the second trimester. I came in after my hair was a deep red color from a salon doing it. I asked for them to do a color correction and really just move me more away from red and closer to my natural (I showed her pics and told her my natural has a bit of red already. I just didn't want the vibrant red). Still swore to me up and down she could get me there. Kailey started with a conditioning treatment, washing my hair and other things and as I was under the heat lamps, tells me to sign the paperwork and gives me the price. $360. What was I going to do at this point under the heat lamps? Refuse to sign their no refund and say no to the cost and leave with product in my hair? This is called pressure-based consent. She started on my hair- what was a decent red (just wanted a bit of my natural hair back in it) And it turned orange and blotchy. I understand that, that vibrant red is a process. My hormones may be affecting the color. I can't keep going to different people who don't know my hair. I signed a no refund agreement. So there are things I know I did not do correctly. But my first biggest mistake was not running. She did a choppy job. I would have stayed with the red-which like I said was fine, just not what I wanted then be orange and choppy. If she was honest up front and said, hey I am going to try but it may look like xyz, then I would have been okay with it. But promising me she can get me to my natural, was not the move. Now I will give it to Kailey-she was kind and explained what she did wrong and then the manager called me. I said, "I will just call my bank" she said, "You signed the waiver and you don't want to do that because we will pull your no refund agreement and have to fight it and we've done that before with another client" I told her Kailey said "if you're not wanting a refund and prefer a refund I'll reach out to my manager/owner." When I told her that she said, "I read your messages and you said refund first." Which I did, but why respond that way and why start on my hair and THEN tell me to sign it all? Again, pressure based consent/ soft cohesion. She told me to stop going to different people to do my hair- which I agree with and should have NEVER went to them regardless of "nontoxic chemicals". I went back to my salon I went to most of my 20's. She said this isn't even cut straight and she was in shock at how blotchy, orange, and bad it looked. She got me to my natural in one sitting for $95 and then I will have a touch up in a few weeks. Although the willow was overly nice, I feel like pricing+consent timing is something they need to work on and communication after the fact. Not put you in a position you feel like you have to pay for something you won't even actually get. They refuse to do a refund but offered to "fix it". I refuse to go in there and let them pretend to know what they are doing. Below are pics. Where I started, what I paid $360 for at the Willow and then what was accomplished for $95. Not to mention an even cut!
