This is a really fun activity for toddlers but unfortunately the experience is ruined by the staff that works there. They are extremely rude. The waiver you have to complete is not user friendly and if you ask for assistance prepare to be treated like a major annoyance by the staff. It feels like coming to spend your money there is an inconvenience to the people who work at the front desk. It's too bad, we would come more but it just takes the fun out of it. read more

We went here for the first time for a birthday party and we had so much fun. It was very comfortable, with a nice breeze passing through and the employees were super sweet. My baby is still too young but she still had fun watching everyone. I foresee a lot of trips here with her when she is older. We need a more places like this for the keiki on this island. I'm so glad Maui has a place like Ultimate Air Trampoline for kids entertainment. I wish we had something like this growing up. It's a large facility with trampolines across almost the entire area. There is a small section for toddlers 5 and under with a discounted rate for limited hours of the day. If your child is young, would recommend an adult accompany them in the area. The staff can help recommend this to you. You'll need to purchase their grip socks for both child and adult prior to entering the play area. There's also arcades and snacks for purchase I believe as well. You can also host parties at the park. We are definitely coming back here the next time we visit Maui. read more

We have visited many times in the past and my kids loved it....but the passed 2 times we tried, we've ran into some issues and left very very disappointed. My 4 yr old begged to go this past summer so i planned a whole day just to be turned away at the door. They were closed to the public because of summer camps, which they shouldve posted on the website. We live 45 minutes away so it was definitely an inconvenience and if you've ever dealt with a disappointed 4 yr old, it was not easy to turn her day around. But we got over it. Today, my husband attempted to take our 2 daughters to toddler time(4 yrs old and 11yrs old). But they refused to let my older daughter jump with her sister. In the past, theyve always let sibling jump together with the understanding that older siblings know how to treat younger children. Well the new rule prohibits older siblings from jumping so my 11 yr old had to sit on the side while my young one jumps. She was disappointed, hurt and heartbroken and as a parent, that really upset me. (Luckily we made it up to her with some Sam Satos.) It a real shame that this is one of the very few places for kids to have fun on Maui. We are extremely limited and as a local resident that has had many parties at this establishment, it shouldve been handled differently. My advice to others....before even mentioning it to your kids, call first to ask your questions because rules change on a dime here. read more

Brought my kid on a Sunday afternoon during open jump hours. They offer kama'aina rates and new socks for purchase if you don't bring your own. Visited the website and completed the online waiver ahead of time. Many different trampoline options to choose from. Huge space where you have room to try different jumps without running into someone else. Regular trampolines, inclined trampolines, section for dodge ball, gladiator balance bar, diving platform and basketball trampoline. As a parent, lots of sitting areas to keep an eye on your kid. They had 2 separate sections to host a birthday party. My kid had a lot of fun and great way to burn off some energy. Saw that they're hosting a summer camp. This place needs better management and supervision. Parents shouldn't be using this place to just babysit their kids. There are kids that I see all the time unsupervised and causing a ruckus and have become an endangerment to other kids around them. The workers should at least step in and make sure these kids follow the safety rules or ban them instead of making other responsible parents do it for them. This place should follow the example of the trampoline place on Oahu and make sure that EVERY KID is being safe and respectful or if not then kick them out. read more

. I hosted my grandson's 1st birthday on Friday, 11/1/24. Our hostess, Jenny, was amazing, but unfortunately, the same can't be said for the rest of the staff. The two younger employees were more focused on their phones than on assisting guests. When I approached them to inquire about extending our time slot, I was met with attitude, as if I were interrupting their phone time. When I asked for a cost breakdown for the extension, I received more attitude and eye rolls. On top of that, I spent over $500, but the music was terrible -- it was so quiet that you could barely hear it, and the overall vibe felt very off, like a "Debbie Downer" atmosphere. I wouldn't recommend hosting a party here; you're better off going somewhere like a mini-golf course or another venue that actually values its customers. read more

Maui's one and only trampoline park. I finally made it here! Decided the kiddo was old enough to jump and enjoy the trampolines without easily getting hurt. I've heard a lot of stories of littles getting hurt and what not, so I waited for the kiddo to get older which worked well for us! We went around 7pm on a Friday night and I was pretty shocked and pleased to find that it was relatively empty with lots of room for everyone to jump around without crowding into each other's space. As first timers, you're required to register and sign a waiver. You're also required to buy their socks in order to jump ($2). You can sign the waiver online before you come, but there are also 2 computers in front of the front desk where you can fill out the form. The staff was really nice and payment is quick and easy. They gave the kiddo a wristband and we were on our way. When they call out the color of the wristband over the intercom, their time is up. There's a designated section for the littles at the back corner of the park, next to the food concession area. I was surprised to find no child in sight. We had the whole place to ourselves the entire time! There's even a couch for parents to just sit and relax which was nice. There are other sitting areas next to the tables and they even have massage chairs! My kiddo had a fun time despite not having anyone else around. Lol. He jumped around to his hearts content and had fun jumping in and getting thrown into the foam pit. An hour was around $19 with the socks if I remember correctly which is cheaper than bringing him to Fun Factory which can get expensive. Ultimate Air is a nice alternative and we'll definitely be back again! read more

They are still the best place for an indoor party guaranteed to knock your socks off. Actually you have to wear special socks here though. At night they have glow jump and during the day they've got great air circulation to ensure your kids and you have a chance to cool down after heating up. We island-hopped with our 15 year old and thought it only fair he get to choose an activity to do as well (not to mention, it was less than desirable beach weather). Not surprising, he chose to bounce! We have a small trampoline place on Oahu that we've been to many times, and were happy to see that the prices were similar here. These guys throw in the correct socks for free, though, although they ran a bit small. What really made this trampoline park five stars for us is how clean it is. It is obvious that they insist on keeping it that way as well. In fact, when we mentioned it to one of the pleasant workers there, she said, "All of our own children bounce here, so it has to be!" We had such a fun time here today. We had a birthday party and had 20 kids who jumped. They all enjoyed themselves their age ranging from 3 to 17, each of them had a blast. They give you a colored band for when jumping so you know when to stop they'll make an announcement over the intercom. They'll also make an announcement for when it's time to eat and time to sing happy birthday and eat a birthday cake. I like the open feel to this place we had a nice breeze at some point, huge calling and fans blowing to keep it cool. If you have a birthday party you have a hostess that will set up and clean the area. Its nice they have tables decorated with table cloths and balloons with a happy birthday sign with the child name. Nice place to take your children If you want to even if you don't have a party to attend. You can order pizza and chicken wings for your party. We came here and had a blast as a family! So, we decided this would be the perfect place to have my son's birthday party. They were great! They set up an area for us with covered tables, balloons & my son's name. We had very attentive helpers who assisted with additional decor & checked in our guests with bands and jump socks. The place is pretty huge and has fun areas for everyone. Ultimate dodge ball, extreme jumping, balance ropes, basketball, battling area, foam pits, and also a Keiki area for the little ones. It's pretty awesome!! The only reasons I gave them 4 stars is: parties are only 2 hour brackets (3 hours would be perfect--time to jump, then eat & cake), no outside food is allowed (all food must be ordered thru them from North Shore Pizza--yes they do have great pizza and it's nice to support a small local business, but it gets expensive), & all drinks need to be purchased from them (jumpers do get 1 bottle of water free). You can only bring in cake or cupcakes. Everyone had a GREAT time, especially the birthday boy! It was just a little rushed. Overall, our guests enjoyed themselves and our staff helpers were fantastic (very sweet girls who helped throughout the party, cleaning up, making announcements to jumping guests, etc.). Stumbled in on a spontaneous Friday, intended to eat at the food truck outside. Glow Night was enticing, however I recommend the company include more glow-in-the-dark items. It was just too dark. I especially love there was a Keiki zone for my 1 yo toddler. It had 3 jump spots that incline & a little basketball area. Oahu's iTrampoline does not have a Keiki zone. That's why Maui no ka oi! So I just went here for the first time for aerobics class, which apparently they have every Thursday 7:30-8:30 with Denise. It was only $5 per person plus $2 for the socks. Class is all ages so even keiki welcome to join. Denise was awesome, not drill sergeant, but still an intense workout for someone like me who barely goes to the gym once a week. I think we burned 500 calories according to someone's Fitbit. It's also a blast just to jump on trampolines! There is a snack bar with limited selection if you forget to bring water, like I did. No outside food or drink. Water is ok. Totally worth it for the aerobics class, but might be a good idea to call ahead to make sure it's happening or class is not full. If not for the class I think it's around $17/hr to jump. They have foam pits, basketball hoops, and I didn't notice it, but my friends said there's a dodge ball area!!! My son's support staff wanted to take him there but they were told they would have to pay to get in the same as my son. They are support staff! How can those with special needs enjoy the same community activities if it cost them more? (Three times more in my son's case). They ended up going to Maui Golf and Sports Park. This place is alright. Not what I expected it to be. None the less, not a bad place for the keiki. Tonight, was my 2nd time my son and I going and it wasnt as packed as our first time. I usually get a bottled water after our session. However, I waited at the concession stand for a little bit and no one came or asked if I need some assistance. So, I decide to walk to the front and asked if any of those staff members could assist me (since there were a bunch of them just standing around). Of course they didnt. They just told me to head back to the stand and someone would help me. So, i informed them that there was no one there and I waited for anyone to come by. After that being said, one of the ladies rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed her way to the restroom while looking for the concession stand attendant. There were a bunch of them in the corner of the front desk and area. It was not busy nor was it going to be. My kids had a great time! The jumping was pretty well monitored. I booked their jump time on the way there. The main jumping area definitely needs guards to keep the kids from jumping/falling off. I was a little worried with that. It's pretty pricey & parents are only allowed on the edge to watch the kids. Parents leave their shoes scattered around the stairs which is also dangerous.
