I emailed them my request…read morefor what I was looking to have done, which was a full replacement of my stock stereo in my 2013 GMC Sierra X-cab. First things first, Rommel (the owner) replied to my email in less than two hours! That's good customer service in my book and they displayed this throughout the entire process. Since I had been out of the custom stereo world for a few years, I was curious as to what new technology and sound was out there. Rommel suggested two options. The first was Digital Design and the other was Hybrid Audio Technologies. Both were new names to me. I researched them both and they both had very good reviews themselves! I decided on Hybrid Audio and had new speakers installed throughout (front & rear doors, front tweeters and two 12" subs under my rear seat, all powered by a Helix G Five 5 channel amp. I also purchased a Pioneer AVH-4200NEX head unit. Now, I've yet to check out all that the Pioneer head unit is capable of, but zero complaints so far. Lastly, I had sound deadener installed in the front doors upon Rommel's advice, no regrets at all on that, it sounds amazing! Ok, the verdict...ladies and gentlemen, this set up F@#$ING ROCKS! It's clarity was the first thing I noticed. It's a very clean sound, with great middle base (especially for what I mostly listen to: new rock, classic rock and metal). The two 12"s have PLENTY of bump as well. They hit very nice lows for that classic R&B and Hip Hop (N.W.A., Rob Base, Biggie, Tupac), yeah I'm old and that shiz jams! Ok, you're wondering if I had any issues, and yes I did. First, my reverse warnings beeps were almost inaudible after the install. They fixed that in minutes. Secondly, the steering wheel controls weren't transitioning from preset to preset correctly. Turns out this is an issue with SiriusXM only and not too big of an issue anyway. Lastly, although it was loud, I wanted it louder. I primarily listen to SiriusXM, and as it turns out, there was a setting within that had to be adjusted to make it louder. Everything else, CD, FM radio was already plenty loud! Rommel and his crew rectified these issues almost as fast as I could get the truck to them. The entire install only took them a day! Rommel demo'd it for me after install, showed me numerous features and even went through the process of syncing my phone to the bluetooth! Additionally, I didn't lose any features that I had before the install. I know sometimes installs like this can result in losing a feature or two along the way for various reasons, but not in my case! Excellent craftsman ship all the way around. I can't see a single scratch or flaw anywhere. Everything looks just as good as it did before I rolled in there. The lone exception is that now my whip ROCKS like a hurricane (yeah, that was a Scorpions reference)! I highly recommend these guys! Thank you very much Rommel and you're entire crew!

My husband told them that he wanted to windows to be were it can not be seen through the rear windows on both cars. The owner lady said that she can do that. We for one had to call to see if our cars were ready she said she was going to call us and never did. Then we get to pick up the cars and the civic windows were still were you can see through them and they had tiny bubbles in the tint. my husband went to speak to the women, he was told that the tint has to set and then it will get darker and the bubbles will work there way out. This was Tuesday March 19 th 2019 so by Thursday the tint still had not gotten any darker and bubbles were still there some went away but not all. My husband goes back to on March 22, 2019 and she says that the tint is what he asked for and it is legal for the state of Texas which is the state our cars are registered in. My husband was telling her that the laws she had off Google for Texas were wrong and this women argued him down telling him that is what he wanted and thats the only way the tint can be done for her info says that Texas allows. My husband called the Texas Department of Transportation and public safety in front of her, after showing her what there website said in Texas. After 2 hours of going back and forth with this women her being very disrespectful and unprofessional we talk to a representative from there and they tell her what we already showed her and told her that you are allowed to have 25 percent for front 2 windows and no restriction on the back windows she spoke to the women her self and tried her best for the women on the phone to agree with the published laws in her store which are wrong. After spending 2 hours arguing with the lady and her spending 1 hour arguing with the rep on the phone and this point we just wanted our money back so my husband said just take the tint off and give me my money back this women says No I cant do that because that what you asked for which it was not at all for both cars we paid 1245 she even changed the price on us the day we dropped the cars the told us that she would like the payment in cash or they will have to charge us 100 more If we paid with card. Over all the service sucked and that lady is a liar. She also told us that the tint has to sit for 2 weeks and it will get darker not true at all we went to every tint place from here to Savannah and not one business can validate that statement.

I would highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. I was "helped" by Brian in putting a new…read moreamp and speakers into my car, and they were all items that he highly recommend. After paying a lot of money, I received an awful sounding stereo (literally everyone I know said it sounded bad), and when I called to say that things didn't sound right, he said that nothing they did was wrong, and I would need to buy a DSP and that was the end of it. No offer to come in and look at it or anything. I still went it to get a vibration fixed and to talk with Brian in person about the poor sound quality, and he blew me off and said that the only solution was a DSP. When I left the vibration was not even fixed, so I chose to do take my business elsewhere. I got my amp retuned and a sub put in at another place in town, and my car sounds WAY better now. AVOID THIS PLACE. Everyone else there is friendly, but it's a shame Brian can talk so much about his competition level cars and still put a terrible stereo into yours.
