Their body work, whether just the daily nicks and bumps a car gets to accidents, is beautiful, and their detailing is top quality. I've never had a problem with them, except the one time recently I wanted to pay in cash and they said they'd take it, but weren't set up to make change, so I relinquished the extra $0.87 as a tip. Tips and tricks: pay with a debit card to avoid the credit card processing fee.

I've seen repairs that were obvious -- staples, glue, etc. Zook's replaced the bumper for much less than I thought possible. I strongly advise against using this company. They completely ruined my truck. The owner lied about the damage, and other employees confirmed the burning. They also broke my block heater, left wires hanging, and unnecessarily replaced the bumper. The truck is covered in overspray and black tar. They charged me for a window switch and rain guards that were never installed, and they reused a damaged headlight. The grill was damaged and poorly repaired, leaving the turn signal out of place. there is so much more, just to much to list. Please avoid this company to save yourself from a terrible experience.
