It's easy to make an appointment and they also accept walk-ins. I got my hair cut twice so far; once with Olga and today with Firuza. Both experiences were excellent. I got a haircut and wash. My hair was clean already, but the process was soooo therapeutic. Firuza is a perfectionist and made me feel like a valued customer. I can't imagine why I would go anywhere else at this point. FARFAN not only gave me an awesome haircut , he fixed a horrible one that looked like there was no saving. He was understanding , kind and loving. People forget that how you speak to a client , your character, is just as important as the talent itself sometimes. How you look is very important in the job market and in life in general when it comes to building your self esteem. I literally , got on my knees and thanked God after I got my haircut. I was so embarrassed about my last one , that a friend of mine commented she was usually not aware of looks but I didn't look like myself.
