We were actually headed to Boulder to see if [big name national chain competitor known for bad service] could fit us in (which seemed unlikely). I happened to spot this place on the side of the road, and thought I'd give it a shot. I arrived before they opened, but the nice lady at the desk said that after they opened, they should be able to fit me in. When the owner (I think? Head guy anyway) arrived, he listened to my description, nodded knowingly, and said it shouldn't take long, and he would fix it in the parking lot, so we wouldn't have to get out (we have a pet that doesn't like being caged up). He grabbed a tube of adhesive/caulk, and headed out to check it out. He proceeded to fix it right then and there, and 5 minutes (and many thanks!) later we were ready to hit the road again. The whole time, we were treated in a friendly, professional manner. They clearly were busy, but understood that it wouldn't take long, and accommodated us with excellence, competence, and efficiency. What a great experience! I wish all businesses were run with this kind of extraordinary care for customers!

And weren't careful, nicked my roof liner and such. Didn't say a word. I picked up after hours so I couldnt talk to anyone. Until Monday. Nothing was offered to compensate just a sorry it happens." Their response-"We're sorry to hear you had a negative impression. We reviewed our records, but we weren't able to find a customer file that matches your name or the details you shared. We'd be happy to look further into it if you're able to provide more information. Additionally, we don't offer after-hours pickup--our process requires a signed release and payment before any vehicle is returned to ensure everything meets our customer's expectations. We make it a priority to treat every vehicle with care and to leave it clean and properly finished before it goes out the door. We prioritize every customer interaction. And as offended as I am by the implication of being a liar, I assure you my truck was picked up after hours and guarantee you have no signature from me for pick up, I spoke to no one in person but do retain proof of work. that being said this is an instance that has bothered me and when looking for another windshield recently and remembering this experience, felt it necessary to write my review. The fact that you would imply me lying about the situation further supports the service I received.
