I wanted to thank you guys so much but specifically Cierra who went above and beyond to make sure I got my dress when needed!! I ordered after a normal time frame after canceling my first dress, after discovering it wasn't in the store when I went to pick it up she immediately reached out to who she needed to and even offered to have it sent to my house. I was told she was going to order two sizes to see which fit better since a similar style in the same brand was too big so we were going to size down. For whatever reason only one was ordered and it was a 10(me and her spoke on getting a 6 and 8)I was so nervous it would be too big but it actually fit just fine with the exception of it being a little too long even in my heels but it looked great and Im so glad she cared enough to help as much as she did! Terrible customer service. My daughter found a prom dress that she loved at this store. However not in her size and they did not have another like in a smaller size. Found a rip on a side seam and a seam was coming apart on chest area. So instead of providing a discount, they said they could take care of these 2 issues at no charge. Ok, fine. The sales girl was talking to me like I was 2 yrs old as I was checking out about contact information and what was being agreed upon. So I called a month later to get the status of the dress. They said it would be delivered to store the next day. I should also say that I don't Iive in the area (3 hrs away) so I had my other daughter pick it up. My daughter called to ask as to when the dress would be delivered and in the background could hear someone say that "we don't know when exactly. Sometime after 1:30." but in a rude tone. I called to find out what the issue was and they said they were not speaking in a rude manner and tried to apologize on one hand and still stuck up for her own actions on the other.. In the end, the dress was delivered on that day WITHOUT the issues being taken care of. They managed to fix one issue right then and there (about a 10 min fix by the way) but couldn't fix the other because my daughter had to be wearing it to fix it. THAT was not indicated when we were in the store. Rude sales and can't even GUARENTEE the fixes that they said they could fix. NEVER shop there again! read more

I did write a previous review but i don't see it anywhere. I guess they do t like negative reviews. We came in to buy a sweet 16 dress for my granddaughter. Mom and daughter were there the previous day and had already picked out a dress. they were told that was the last dress and has been discontinued. she wanted it desperately. it fitted her pretty well only big under the arms and very long. The dress and tulle (tulle is about 10" shorter than dress hem so there's a bulge) were CUT In front of us. leaving a very thin material for hem. she tried on a pair of shoes that were in dressing room. The seamstress measured the heels 4" and were told only to wear 4" heels or the dress would be too long. she even wrote 4" heels on the receipt. WELL, we are down to 2" heels because it was cut TOO SHORT. Mom expressed her concerns but feel on deaf ears. oh and by the way, dress needed to be paid in full BEFORE any alterations. we found out by a tag that was in the dress that it was a sample dress not that it was discontinued. Very frustrated paying over $550 for dress and alterations. I told mom to bring it back but daughter wanted that dress. she may be wearing flats for her own birthday party. Not happy with the store at all. I'm writing this review because my first one was possibly deleted which I'm sure this one will be also. read more

Horrible buying experience. Laurie is not only rude but lied. She claimed the dress we purchased was defective. We researched it to see if the designer had a history of defects. We learned we were being charged hundreds more in this shop. The price was adjusted for us but remained the same on the dresses still in stock. Buyer beware, right? The new dress, the one that wasn't defective, cost the same price to alter as the adjustment. What a coincidence! The alterations resulted in the same "defect". We left feeling tired, aggravated and wishing we avoided this business. Do yourself a favor, pick another shop! I'm sorry we bought a dress here...never again! read more

Ultimate Fashions has a variety of cute dresses but with a horrible service, a lady there was very abusive and snatched a dress from my hands for thinking that I did not have the necessary budget for that dress, I also bought that dress which was damaged and they gave me a considerable discount the bad thing is that those people who work there are very liars and only deceive people to sell. The lady told me that she sold me the dress that she could exchange the dress for another but she couldn't reimburse me. She also said that she had a month to make the exchange but when she got to the store she told me the opposite and she didn't want to change the dress and she gave us a very different speech she told us that the dress was at the end of sale and she never mentioned that when I bought the dress if not rather she gave me the option to exchange the long dress I bought for one she cut and I got angry because she must have been clear since The beginning and speak with the truth not to tell lies just to be able to sell!!!. read more

My daughter picked up her formal dress all thanks to Ultimate Fashions in Woodbridge mall. Alison looked for months for a dress - never found anything. She found a dress in Trendz in freehold but not in her size. They refused to order the dress in her size. So we went to trendz in Woodbridge mall. They did not have the dress said they could not order it and it would be impossible to get. Well, if you know me, that answer does not work! So we go to ultimate fashions. Alison described the dress and Laura and Bianca from the store looked through every single one of their books and then online to find the dress. After about two hours of searching our description, they found it!! They got it ordered and it came in today! Had to take the time out to write this review. I ordered a dress from here for my engagement party and it wound up coming way too large. Even though I was panicking and my mom called the store screaming at whoever would listen, Laura invited us back to choose another dress. Not only was she extremely sweet and helpful but she was honest, telling us how much alterations would cost, etc. I not only found a dress I LOVE for my engagement party, but my mother found a lot of dresses to choose from as the mother of the bride. The shop is small and a bit crowded, but the quality of service quickly overshadowed the atmosphere. Laura was extremely helpful in finding the perfect dress for my daughter's prom. She did not simply pull dresses off the rack, but instead listened to what we wanted. More importantly, she knew what styles would look best on my daughter's body. My family & I went the store for a prom dress. When we arrived to the store there was no acknowledgement and as we approached the young lady at the register with Kaitlyn said "I'm not helping them". My niece heard the young lady say it to Kaitlyn. When my niece mentioned what she heard I said to my family let's leave because I can do business elsewhere. When I said that Kaitlyn approaches us for assistance. I was ready to leave but my daughter saw a dress she liked. Reluctantly I stayed while we checked the size. The customer service is horrible and I do not recommend this store. Kaitlyn tried but unfortunately when you work in a poor customer service location training and customer skills are non existent. The owner asked for us to do a survey because the two young ladies are competing. To ask us to do a survey knowing the customer service is poor means even the owner thinks the lack of acknowledgement, and poor tone is acceptable. read more

Went to Ultimate Fashions earlier today with my mom looking for a prom dress. The service was unbelievably nice! One of the workers, Mary, was so patient with me and my indecisiveness. She followed our price range and even showed me dresses that were half our budget. She never tried to push any dress or go beyond our price range. The store was crowded but I never felt like I was being rushed out or like anyone else was not being attended to. At first I really didn't know what I was looking for but Mary helped me narrow down exactly what I wanted. Definitely recommending this store to my friends and my cheer squad :-) They also have their own seamstress in store who can help you get alterations and show you what your dress will look like after altered. read more

I went into ultimate fashions looking for a sweet 16 dress for my daughter. She had a certain look in mind that she was set on. After trying on numerous dresses, Destiny came over to help us. She brought us dresses of all different variety for my daughter to try on. Destiny was so helpful and so honest and knew exactly what to do and say to my daughter for her to step out of her comfort zone and pick the perfect dress. Destiny was absolutely amazing and Laura was the absolute best as well! It was an absolutely amazing experience for both of us to leave the store happy and not having a doubt in mind about the amazing dress she chose. I can not express how much of an amazing experience we had at UF meant to us. When we went back into the store 2 weeks later to pick up the dress, Laura remembered us AND the exact color and designer of the dress we purchased. For that alone, I will continue to shop for all of our special occasions dresses there. Living 45 minutes away, was well worth the trip. If there was an award for sales associate of the year, my vote is DESTINY, a truly amazing young lady. Hated it, I had such a bad experience. Owner was very rude and in my face. I wanted to look at shoes for a dress I had already bought and she got so jealous that I hadn't bought it there. Showed her my dress and she tells me she sold it to some that goes to my school 3 weeks ago. Obviously was lying, how does she remember selling the exact same dress to someone in my school 3 weeks ago. She made sure she told me about 30 times that she sold it to someone already. She made me feel very upset and without saying anything I her I left and she continued about selling it already. One of the worst experiences I've had. I went with my friend Gianna and walking in she was set on a champagne mermaid dress for her sweet sixteen and she ended up getting a purple ball gown. She made Gianna try on all sorts of dresses. My daughter and I went in for a prom dress everything on the floor was $450 and up so when we came back the next day to order a "copy" dress that was half the price from the book we were totally ignored!!!!. These two woman both did not want to help my daughter look up any of these dresses never mind place an order! The older woman that made a lame attempt to help us said to my daughter that one of the dresses she picked out wouldn't look good on her figure!! Nasty lady!!! Didn't get her name white hair with glasses. Then she just got up and started making phone calls for other customers and just left us standing there! we went to the NJ store. It was very crowded. Unlike the other review.. they picked out the most expensive prom dresses for my daughter. They put the dresses, still in plastic wrapping on the fitting room rod. My daughter had to take the dresses out herself. They weren't her sizes either. They picked horrid color dresses (green with beading) saying it's just for the style it comes in other colors.. after they checked it was only in green. Then the owner came in.. WOW, what a trip she was & the reason we bought her dress elsewhere. The service at the other place was amazing. I will be finding them online & writing a nice review. I went to this store to buy my daughters prom dress. But BEAWARE of the seamstress Rossana she said she would fix the dress exactly how we wanted it but ended up doing a horrid job. Not only was the front badly reconstructed, but she also damaged the straps and we agreed on the fixtures that needed to be done with price the day I bought the dress, but when we should up for the appointment she changed it up and charged us more and lied about what was the original agreed amount and charged us a different amount a lot more. It takes her almost 3 to 4 weeks to supposedly fix a dress the seamtress we went to after rossana's horrid job. did it from one day to the other and did an awesome job. how do we know that she did a horrible job? Because we had to find another last minute seamstress who by the way charged us a lot less for all the fixtures while Rosanna charged us alot of $$$$. The fact that the second seamstress looked at my daughter's dress and asked me "Who damaged your dress?" Just lets me know that I will NEVER be coming back here for alterations. And I knew just by looking at the dress myself that there was something not right and even the girl that worked at ultimate fashion told Rossana that the strap was backwards and Rossana still did not fix it. The second seamstress we found gabby did and honest and awesome job she saved my daughters prom day and made her look like a princes with her precise measurement and expertise. I believe Rossana should be fired and not work at this store. They need a more professional and honest seamstress. read more

I did not try it on but Emily knew what size I was without it being there. My dress came in 1 week and it was so quick and efficient.
