    The store owner Laura went above and BEYOND to track down the dress of my dreams for Nationals. I found a dress online that I fell in love with, and Laura stopped at nothing to track down the dress and pull strings to get it. In addition, she was able to provide the perfect pair of earrings and shoes to compliment this gorgeous gown so perfectly. I can't thank you enough, Laura!! Your friend, Miss NJ for America

    My daughter purchased a shirt from your establishment and went to return the item. She went to…read moreWindsor in Wood-bridge Mall today the 5th of March at approximately 2pm. She was greeted by the cashier who touched the garment and immediately after used hand sanitizer. I am not sure if she is a germaphobe or just rude. She was told she couldn't return the item and was extremely rude. My daughter was very uncomfortable and not someone to cause trouble so she left. Her sister was in the car and immediately came in to her defense and to try to figure out why she was so rude and why the item couldn't be returned. I have purchased many items from your store and returning items for me weren't ever an issue. My daughter called me very upset stating that the rude employee said the item was worn and it was not. My older daughter was appalled and demanded to speak to a Manager, several young girls claimed they were managers and that the item couldn't be returned. It is my understanding the manager on duty was someone named Alexis. It is ridiculous how my girls were treated. Needless to say the item was left there and we received store credit. NO ONE I mean no one should ever be treated the way my daughter was. She left the store very upset and with just cause, so much so, that other shoppers came to her defense. I am writing to you so that you can train your staff better and your managers should not allow anyone who deals with customers be in the front and center of your store especially if they don't have manners and people skills. There is a way to handle customers. The times I have gone there with my children they are all very rude, young uneducated children who don't care whether you lose a customer or not. I know you do not want to have such immature people running your establishments. If I was there today this wouldn't have happened but that shouldn't be the case. Everyone should be treated fairly and with respect. She clearly doesn't like her job and honestly shouldn't be working there. I am very upset and she is very lucky I was far away or this would have ended very differently and she would be giving my daughter an apology. My sister also got a custom outfit done here, and it was absolutely stunning, the detailing was beautiful, everything came together perfectly, and she received so many compliments at the event. You can really tell they put care into their work. Highly recommend Khajana for anyone looking for quality pieces and great service. I'll definitely be coming back!

Their pieces were unique and beautiful. We then proceeded to go around to all the shops in Edison. We didn't find the same quality except at Sajda, but those very 4x the price. So we went back to make an appt at Khajana for the next day but they said we had to do it online. So we made it online (there is a $35 charge for the appt). When we came to our appt, they didn't have it in the system and they weren't very welcoming at that point but we showed that we did pay so they helped us and we ended up buying 4 pieces. I think their selection is one of the best in Edison but they could have overall been more warmer and more friendly is my only feedback. I think they were more friendly once they knew we were buying but it would have been nice to be received that way from the start.

They listened, supported me, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. Even throughout the alterations process, their patience and attention to detail were incredible.     If I could give zero stars I would... I had a really…read moredisappointing experience with this bridal boutique. We were required to order bridesmaid dresses 8 months in advance, which already felt unusual. After ordering, I found out I'm pregnant and the wedding will be when I'm about 5 months along, so I called the store to ask if I could simply change the size since the dress hasn't even arrived yet. The dress is from a designer whose website shows 8-9 week shipping for special orders yet the store insisted the process takes 8 months. At first I was told the bride requested the dresses early, which wasn't true. Later they changed the explanation and said their shipping takes longer than the designer's... even though that is who they place their orders through so makes absolutely no sense. After speaking with the bride, she was also told that we had to order before December because of upcoming tariffs that would supposedly increase the price. However, the dress is currently the exact same price to order today, which makes that explanation confusing as well. The bride also mentioned to the consultant during ordering that some bridesmaids could potentially be pregnant, but later I was told that if the bride had specifically said that someone is trying to get pregnant, they would have advised ordering a larger size. Apparently the wording needed to be extremely specific in order to receive that guidance. Despite the dress not even being in my possession yet or theirs, I was told I would have to purchase an entirely new dress and could not change the size or receive any credit. I understand bridal items can be final sale, but the inconsistent explanations and lack of flexibility were really disappointing especially given the circumstances. I wish there had been more honesty and willingness to help. I would absolutely never give these people my business and if you're thinking about it BEWARE. They will rip you off and try to manipulate you with zero remorse. Might I add the wedding is still 5 months away
