I have been visiting location on Greenville. I'm really bad with names but I believe my techs name is Holly. She's an extremely friendly and beautiful African-American lady with the nicest attitude. She's the reason I drive almost 40 minutes when there are closer locations to me. She's very caring and kind and really pays attention to detail and actively listens to your needs and feedback. I have coarse dark hair and I was always ashamed of my legs and other parts of my body so I always wore pants to hide the very dark visible dots under my skin from shaving because it wasn't very attractive or nice to the touch. I would shave in the morning and by evening I felt the hair growing out poking already. When I waxed it didn't even last 2 weeks I would literally have hair growing out within a week. I also hated to shave because it gave me razor burn and nasty itch which lead to bleeding and wax gave me lots of ingrown hair, so getting laser hair removal was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Now I've been getting laser hair removal for the last 2 years and with this specific company for the last 9 months I would say. I had 12 sessions on my bikini and legs and arms and I do not regret this decision even one bit. It didn't stop hair growth completely. I still have hair growing however I see tremendous improvement so far, hair grow very thin and soft, you can barely feel them to the touch and have drastically reduced in volume. I shave maybe once or twice a month now because hair take so long to grow out however it lasts maybe for couple months and hair start to grow at a faster rate again so I have to return every 3 month or so to have the procedure done and it I'm back with reduced speed fine hair growth and it seems to go in that cycle but overall I'm extremely happy so far. My skin feels so soft and smooth it's definitely worth it. read more

Ultimate Image is great!! The employees are very helpful and kind. Shayla is sweet and sociable. She will also call you hon, honey, and sweetie about 100 times before you leave your first appt. The only thing I would change is their communication. I was not informed anything I should do before my first appt, so I had no idea what to expect. I would appreciate when they call to confirm your first appointment that they would mention to shave the day before, not go tanning for two weeks prior, etc. I once drove to the spa and was turned away because I didn't know I couldn't tan even if I was covering up the area I was treating. Though, kudos to them for being firm on that. I don't want to get burned! Any way, all-in-all the results are real and my hair growth is so little now!
