This is not the first time she was rude. It turns out the door to the washer doesn't close properly because of latch which she had to show me. She gave me a "duh" hand motion after she closed the washing machine door.. I politely suggested using a note on the machine explaining how to properly close door and all I got was an eye roll and she walked away. Great location there but wont be going back, there's plenty other laundry mats in the area.

Clean, many machines to choose from and the staff was friendly and helpful to say the least! I had no idea that you needed to buy a card there to use the machine--I was trying to use my regular credit card until the girl working there asked if I needed help. She was so friendly and helped me get a card and start the machine. Many seats and a TV that you can sit and watch while waiting. The staff constantly walked around, sweeping and bringing the carts back to one area. I love that they have a laundry drop-off/pick-up service. Now that I can see how clean this place really is, I may utilize this service in the future!

I told my friend to go and ask for the keys and she handled them to her without telling her anything. I felt type of way, maybe because I'm Hispanic she was treating me like that. Items/cost: So, I dropped off my 75lb laundry yesterday at 10:30am and my clothes were ready last night. It cost me $94.50 CASH ONLY for wash + fold and one blanket ($12). That's roughly 0.90/lb. Cons?: Nothing so far however I did want all of my clothes air dried. I dislike when my clothes shrink and the lady talked me into choosing delicate cycle but I can't blame her. 75lbs on air dry would take forever, so i'm not mad, at all. If you're in the neighborhood and looking for laundry assistance, check them out. They're open 7 days a week, 6am-9pm.

We went back today with 2 rugs that were too big for my laundry machines at home. They ended up burning my $400 Ruggables rug and then tried to gaslight me. When dropping off the rug , we simply asked what time they would be closing and they said come back at 5 to pick up the stuff. When we went to go pick the rugs up, they told us that we rushed them and so they dried it on high and it was burnt. At first all he would say is he feels bad. I told him I felt pretty bad too seeing as I just bought the rug end of November and it's only February. I asked that he replace the rug and the man told me that it doesn't need to be replaced, It just goes on the floor and gets walked on. I again reminded him that it's essentially a brand new rug and asked for some sort of credit for laundry services and he said the most he could do for me is not charge me for either rug today. I would not be leaving this review if he would have at least met me halfway. Needless to say, we will be finding another laundromat.

The staff (Maria & Raquel) are SO helpful. While I have a washer & dryer at home, they cannot handle our comforters, sheets, etc. so I drop them off here. Prices are fair. They're always ready within 24 hours. You get a CC receipt and that's what allows you to pickup your laundry. There are TVs and music, along with drinks and snacks, in the event you want to hang out and do your laundry.
