Put the coins in and when the machine was going into pre-wash, i felt the water and it was warm/hot. the Korean woman said those large machine only do hot and warm but the cloths will not shrink. well, the water is only hot as i found out later during rise. i had shirts that were to be washed in cold and low temp dried. when it came to the drier, i set it to low and entered 48 minutes. I left and came back after it stopped and the cloths were hot. so the low setting was really hot. the machines here are broken and they dont fix it or label it. ow and behold, the shirts shrunk. needless to say, i will not be coming back here any more. by the way, the owner, Mike V who wrote one of the reviews below was there and said nothing.

This is not the first time she was rude. It turns out the door to the washer doesn't close properly because of latch which she had to show me. She gave me a "duh" hand motion after she closed the washing machine door.. I politely suggested using a note on the machine explaining how to properly close door and all I got was an eye roll and she walked away. Great location there but wont be going back, there's plenty other laundry mats in the area.

The staff (Maria & Raquel) are SO helpful. While I have a washer & dryer at home, they cannot handle our comforters, sheets, etc. so I drop them off here. Prices are fair. They're always ready within 24 hours. You get a CC receipt and that's what allows you to pickup your laundry. There are TVs and music, along with drinks and snacks, in the event you want to hang out and do your laundry.
