We had our entire yard killed by a treatment in August. It's November and we're still having…read moreissues and the lack of communication to make it right has been frustrating. Over the past 3 weeks, numerous messages to their manager have been unanswered. No reimbursement for the treatment that killed our yard, some of sod layed didn't survive, and we were still charged for mowing despite the lack of grass for the remaining months. We also were not reimbursed for the irrigation costs to try and return our yard. Fortunately for us, we have ring cameras that show everything and this company will need to "make this right" even if we need to go down the legal route. These types of incidents should not be handled this way and we feel current customers or prospects should be aware of this. I'm even including a picture of the fence that they broke (we ended up fixing the fence ourselves).
