Horrendous service, my experience mirrors Mandy's from 2019 in 2021. So obviously there has been no effort to clean up the communication issues. The product is cute and inventive but very expensive for latex and gas. A good business model, some organization and this business could take off. I, like Mandy, threw up my hands and my daughters' 30th birthday went without. As an event planner for many years, I had a plan b. Never again! What an absolute nightmare to do business with this company. Took three weeks and numerous phone calls emails and text messages to even get in touch with this company. Honestly, I would've just moved on had they not been the only company in town that does the type of balloons that I needed. Gave 1 million excuses "due to Covid" of why they could not at least just contact me back. Gave me an absurd price of almost $400 for two large decorated balloons. You're better off just order a balloon from Etsy and fill that thing up with helium. Don't even waste your money or time. read more

NEVER AGAIN!! I called on Monday to book an event for October 5th. Someone took my information and let me know they would have someone call me back that afternoon or Tuesday. No call back. I called again. NO CALL BACK. I had to call three more times just to get a "stylist" to confirm my order. I wanted to order 5ft tall letter balloons. They were $250 a piece. We wanted to do a name or initials. So our order could've easily totaled $1,200. After an entire week of chasing this company down and initiating almost every interaction. They told me they needed a $500 down payment. I called to give them the down payment. Today is Friday, they said they could no longer do it because they just got a huge order in. So they are dropping my "small order" of $1,200 for a bigger event. It was handled so poorly. I worked all week trying to get their attention and business. NEVER AGAIN. Incredibly disappointed. I had no idea a small business would treat someone like that. I have been following them from the beginning, not anymore. I won't be recommending them to anyone. read more

Poor customer service. Attempted to contact multiple times to get order and finally ordered balloons 4 weeks prior to the event. They charged me an additional amount to get the pick-up time I wanted even though they had ample notice and multiple discussions took place regarding pick up time. Good and creative product but not customer friendly. read more

Agree with what other people have said. They do not value the "small" customer. They turn small orders away for big orders which in my opinion is a bad business practice. I own several large businesses in Nashville and would have used them for some very large events but I will not give them my business now since they "waitlisted" me for one simple jumbo balloon I tried to order. It is almost amusing that a company turns away business. read more

I'm not sure how their balloons are because they can't simply pick up the phone and call you. I called them and was prepared to give my name, phone number, email and all of my information. She took my information but told me to go fill out an inquiry form. Why do I need to fill out an inquiry form when I'm talking to you right now? Then I fill out the entry form only to receive a text message telling me to choose one of these appointments. Again, why couldn't I just get a call? Why couldn't I make an appointment when I was talking to you on the phone? The process that they have makes a customer go through multiple steps before they even get to discussing what they're looking for and a price. I'll pass. I think they could reach out to customers better and not make you go through all of that just to get a quote. read more
