On one occasion, my son decided to submit an appeal letter at the last minute. She was out of the country and my son was on vacation. Timing was very challenging. Nonetheless, Tiffany made herself available, stayed on top of it, and helped my son write and submit an appeal in a very short period of time. Best part of all is her communication skills. She knows how to work with teenagers. My son is introverted and sometimes it's hard for him to open up to people he doesn't know. Every company in the world has a quality problem sooner or later. It's how they react and correct…read morethe problem for the consumer that really counts. I am so happy to say that the quality of their products and sophistication of their employees was exceptional, including the service technician and delivery service. A month ago we placed an order of their Model #RF22K9381SR, it had to be shipped from Overseas, on a crate and to us here in Texas. Today the delivery service brought our fridge right on schedule, actually before they had originally said but called to confirm we were home. The service delivery guys carefully brought the fridge off the truck, carefully unwrapped the boxes and they did the installation in a speedy time. There was only one problem, the door has a ding near the door handle, the service technician immediately made nite of it and asked us if we wanted to replace the door or the whole unit? Since they don't get these specific type of fridge in store often, we did not want to wait a few months so we agreed to have them replace the door. Within 30 minutes of the delivery guys departure, Samsung North America in Iowa calls and apologized for the mishap, offers us $150.00 in credit and assured that we will be taken care of. We have been with a tiny fridge for a month and the only thing we want is to get that handled. We feel confident that they will get right on that and have our door replaced. Samsung handled this perfectly.
