I wish I could review the actual tinting but for 3 days I haven't been able to get anybody on the phone. I don't understand what kind of business wouldn't answer potential customers but I called about 8 different tint companies to ask questions about the process and what products they offer, every other company either picked up on the first call or called me back immediately. Dropped my car off for a 3 pm appointment to have one window removed and redone. It had a tear in it and needed to be replaced. This location is very close to target so I walked over and shopped while it was being done. The installer informed me they were running 30- 40 mins behind. I came back at 5 and they were just pulling my car back. Once they started on it, it took about 10-15 mins. The results look great and even though they ran behind I'm still giving them 5 stars. They matched the tint and I'm happy with the results. They have a small waiting room with some snacks and water. Plenty of places to walk and eat in the area while your car is being serviced. read more

These folks deserve every single star that they've got on Yelp. They are FANTASTIC! The staff is incredibly friendly and personable over the phone and they happily explain their tinting options in great detail. They send you a quote based on what you want for your vehicle, and the process is straightforward from there. You're given a range of options, from less expensive to more depending on the quality of tint that you'd like. If you change your mind after submitting your choice to them, that's totally fine as they allow you to change your mind right up until the day you arrive! That's very flexible on their part. I was quoted $150 originally to treat my back window. When I arrived, I explained that I just wanted the tint removed from my rear window, as I planned to trade the car in for a new one in a few months. I didn't want new tint. They were happy to oblige, and I was even offered a substantial reduction in price. I ended up paying only $80 plus tax to have the tint removed. Not only that, they removed some other tint on the side corner windows free of charge!! I was over the moon. The car was ready to go two hours after I picked it up and the job was done to perfection. My rear tint was removed and I can see clearly out my back window again, as the tint was so old that it had become a visual obstruction. The only thing that I will note is that you need to book your service appointment several weeks ahead. They're very booked up, so I'd plan at least a month ahead for any tinting services that you want. Thankfully, tinting is the sort of service that you can wait for, so that shouldn't be an issue. Great service and affordable prices. I will more than likely bring my new car to them for tinting once I get it. I highly recommend this place and I will recommend them to my friends as well. Went in there again to try to get the back window tint repaired (started bubbling after 4 yrs) and to my surprise they said they would fix it for free and install a much better tint that should last. After two long years driving my black leather, black paint car with no tint, I finally made my way into Ultimate Window Tinting, and I'm so pleased that I did! Thanks to Yelp, I narrowed it down to two businesses in Central Florida, but ultimately went with UWT because I wanted the ceramic tint - specifically Huper Optik brand. If you go down the rabbit hole of information (and we did) regarding how brand differ in quality, price, effectiveness, etc., Huper Optik seemed like the right choice. Especially when you consider how hot Central Florida gets in the summer months. The customer service at UWT is incredible. They work fast, they will answer any and every question, and their work has a lifetime guarantee - so that if the tint doesn't cure perfectly, they will re-do the work where needed at no cost to the customer.
