From start to finish I was really impressed with my experience with ultimate window tinting on West Michigan Street. I left a message saying I was interested and someone called me within five minutes to discuss all of the options for tinting my vehicle. 15 minutes after that, I had a full quote in my inbox with all of the potential options. They offer three types of film, good, better, and best. And they're willing to tint all your windows and even could do a clear ceramic on your windshield. I easily scheduled an appointment over the phone. I was out of there within an hour having all four windows tinted. The shop is older and the lounge is dated, but they offer free water and snacks while you wait. Super friendly, great product, reasonably priced (good value)... I highly recommend!

I do not know why they installed multiple layers of tints on my car. I discussed and agreed to install 5% Pinnacle all around, and they ended up placing double 15% in the front and the rear window. The film ended up with BUBBLES! When I called them about the problem, they said they needed to approve my request and asked me to send pictures. After following up several times, they said they would fix the problem, but did not have any available appointments for more than a month. I asked about weekend appointments, and I was told they do not perform warranty repairs during the weekends. This resulted in having to take time off from work to have this fixed. "Ultimately" (pun intended), I decided to call Llumar about the issue, and I was recommended a different installer that does a large amount of business with them. After going to the Llumar recommended installer, it was found that the tints that were installed that were BUBBLING were double layered 15%. They installed tint on top of tint. This is extremely unethical and irresponsible. If they ran out of the tint, they should have just told me that they don't have 5%. They were more interested in billing me for the $400+ installation than losing a client because they did not have the inventory in stock. So, they ended up installing a double layer of film, which "Ultimately" needed to be replaced because any installer knows that you NEVER install wet tint on top of wet tint. IT NEVER WORKS. I recommend customers sort on the negative reviews and you will see what is real here. They were so nice on the phone and in person. It was weird how nice they were being. It is because they do not know WTF they're doing and are basically a RIP OFF!

The experience was amazing. From requesting a quote to the install of the tint. The tint last forever and it has a lifetime warranty so that's a plus!

I was treated with kindness and respect. Given a good price and they stood behind their work. Unfortunately I wasn't happy with my first residential picture window install.Immediately after I was sent an email to leave a review and I didn't feel comfortable doing that until I contacted the company to see their resolution to my unhappiness.. Easy to get a proposal and schedule an install. Place is a lot smaller than I expected but installer was very welcoming and organized. They have a little spot to work with snacks, water bottles, coffee, Xbox, TV and more. They do with what they have and I appreciate that! Awesome service and it's clear they care about the customer. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! I just bought a new car and so I didn't want to pay $80-99 to somebody to provide an OK tint job... everybody's guy is "the best"... I went on Yelp and Google and I was very impressed by the reviews @ this place... I worked with the owner, David, (incredibly nice guy btw!) and he gave me a YELP discount :D; When you get there, ask for CHRIS... he is possibly the nicest, most genuine human being in Orlando lol They did a great job, I asked for 30% tint (street legal). Five stars for great (and QUICK) service. I had to have one of my windows redone on my car. I texted their phone number and they promptly responded. First thumbs up. I was able to make an appointment the same day and received an reminder notification. When I got to the location, I was greeted and told to sit in the waiting room which had refreshments and bottle water! Second thumbs up. Once the car was done, they were able to quickly take my payment with no hassles on pricing. The window looks perfect and matches the rest of the car (one of my prior concerns was if they would be able to match the color). They do a great job and have a great team! read more

Got the windows tinted on my civic and got an amazing price. They were very flexible with the appointment times and able to get me in right away. They have a lounge for while you're waiting where there's magazines, tv and even free snacks, coffee, and water. There's desk space so you can bring your laptop as well. Ima do my rating here because i dont got accounts for other sites but i put it at four from 5 because i guess the windows werent cleaned properly theres a small rock stuck in the tints that dont come off and cuz the back windows werent cleaned right there dirty and it dont come off because of the windshield being dirty id assume other then that i was told i have warranty for it so not a problem i had it at 5 stars because i took my old car and got it tinted and it came out perfect but updating for my new car other then that friendly people and nice waiting area. Looking to have my cars window tinting done I was referred to this business from a friend of mine so I decided to give them a shot. I'm glad I chose to use them because I'm very satisfied with the job they did on my car and even took my wife's car to get tinted here as well. To start when I called to make and appointment and also get some general info on the product/price/service they offered the lady (unfortunately I can't remember her name) was very nice and helpful. She was very informative, answered all my questions, and then after we were done speaking she emailed me all the info we talked about and had an easy to use pricing and options list to pick what you wanted and set up a day time to get it done. As for service on the day of our appointments they took our vehicles right away, did the service faster then we thought it would take, and did a great/professional job. The tech explained what they did and also how to take care for the tint to make sure it sets correctly. Overall I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking to get their vehicles windows tinted and also a bonus is that they offer lifetime warranty on their service so as long as you don't mess up the tint foolishly they will replace or fix it. read more

These people are the best in Orlando, without a doubt. A truly first-class organization. I just bought a brand new 2019 Chevy Suburban and elected to tint the front two windows. But my boss told me about ceramic coating for both in the exterior and interior and the benefits (aka hydrophobic). I have 3 girls all 6 & under and I know the damage they can cause. So I decided to go the extra mile and get the whole package. So as I began my research on which shop to go with, I landed on Ultimate Window Tinting (aka Window Tint Z). Their reviews on Yelp were through the roof and I can see why. First, they told me they would need my vehicle for at least 4 days to complete the full process. I decided to go with their gold package and also elected to get the Llumar Air 80 for the winsheild. I wanted to have my vehicle back for the weekend so I decided to drop it off Monday morning. Because I had a meeting at 8:30AM, I needed to drop the vehicle off at 7AM. The only problem, they don't open that early. No worries. Tonya reached out to the owner, David, and he said he would give me the access code to get into the building to drop off the keys. And that's exactly what they did that morning. The car was ready on Friday but I decided to pick the car up on Saturday morning. And man, was I impressed! The vehicle looked fantastic!! Tonya was great to deal with and their shop in Longwood was impressive. When I walked in, I wasn't sure if I was in a tinting shop or in a first-class airline lounge. They have a very elegant waiting area with complimentary coffee, tea, snacks, sodas, water, and free wi-fi. It's just first-class all the way. We just moved into a new home and needed our bathroom and garage windows frosted and tinted. Every part of this process was quick, efficient, and pleasant. Rick, who initially came to our house to show us options and measure our windows, had such a calm personality and explained our options clearly. He showed us different samples against all our windows so we could see how they looked from the inside and outside. We did privacy frosting for our bathrooms and solar tinting for our garage. The installation was SO fast and perfectly executed! We had tried tinting one window ourselves when we first moved in, and it was a disaster. I looked at all the reviews for Ultimate and thought this was a good place to try. The same day I got a return call from David, the owner, after I submitted an on-line question. David was very helpful and offered to set me up the next day, a Sunday. I needed to check my schedule and call him back and when I did 30 minutes later, he answered the phone knowing it was me. Just the small customer service things one notices. I set up an appointment the next day and arrived 15 minutes early. Angel (Jr.) greeted me as I walked in the shop. I had seen alot of vehicle pics on reviews that all look great, but most were done at 15% on all windows. My vehicle is a dark grey Lincoln MKZ and I wanted it to be both legally tinted and classy looking. I preferred to have all the windows the same percentage, even thought FL permits 15% on rear side and back windows, the front sides can only be 28%. I'm not a fan of the way it looks when front and rear side windows are tinted with different percentage tint. Angel was extra patient with me and walked me through options, even showing me on one window of my car what 30% tint would look like. So I went with the 30% all around. Angel did a great job and let me hang out in the shop a bit to watch the entire process. He did great work. When it was finished I thought it was dark enough and provided a consistant look all the way around, meeting every expectation. As he pulled it out of the shop, it looked even better. A lady who had the next apppointment arrived a few minutes prior and saw my car coming out and said, "Wow! I want that one!" I advised her it was only 30% ceramic tint and even she thought it looked darker. It's perfect with the dark grey paint so windows add to the vehicle's style rather than overwelm it. I love it and Angel hit it on the mark. Thanks Angel. When I brought it home, my wife loved it just as much. I'll bring all my cars here and let everyone else know about this place, too. I just got my Toyota and went straight to Ultimate Window Tinting. I had TEN WINDOWS tinted, from the small vent windows to the larger side windows and the large tailgate window and it looks great!!!!!!!! I got plenty of information and viewed samples of the available products which made making a choice that much easier. I selected the ceramic tint to block an almost incredible 99.9 percent of the ultra violet rays, with a privacy percentage to match my needs. I called 407-797-8386 and spoke with the owner, David Sarano, who offered me several appointment times to choose from. This allowed me to pick a time of day and a date that were convenient for ME. On installation day, I met with Installer Justin, who was very patient and spent a good deal of time answering my questions and making suggestions. Justin asked me what my needs were and I provided him with a list to include; --reduce the ultraviolet rays coming into the vehicle, (which will protect the interior longer) --reduce the temperature inside the vehicle for the passengers comfort as well as the strain on my air conditioning, and --provide a level of privacy while we are inside the vehicle. The first day I drove with the ceramic tint, it was a very bright Orlando morning. I did not even realize I did not need my sunglasses. I literally could feel the heat difference on the back of my hand, between the tinted and non-tinted areas of glass. I believe in doing a job once. The quality of window tinting that Ultimate Window Tinting sells, truly makes the difference and accomplishes "once and done." Coupled with quality installation, you get a great deal. They have been in business in Orlando for several years and have a built reputation of providing a good dependable product and great customer service. They make it so you do not have to go shopping around; you know you will get a great product, installed professionally and for a fair price. I'm not one to wright reviews good nor bad but this is something that need to be said. I live in Eustis and on Jan 31st I had been preoccupied with other concerns and having to pickup my niece from the Orlando Airport that morning. As I was about to pull out of the driveway I remember I had to check the oil levels. Well, some how I got distracted and forgot to put the oil cap back on and close the hood and drove off to the airport. As I exited 46 and merge into I-4 I notice the hood not locked therefore, I pull to the shoulder where it was save, got out of the car and I see oil everywhere. I could not believe it, I did not know what had happen I quickly open the hood and discover my mistake. I put the oil cap back on and proceed to the Lake Mary exit where I new there was a Tire Plus and I can get service. When I enter the store I was greed by Mike the Manager. I approach the counter I explain what had happen. Mike explain that unfortunately he had a full schedule and could not squeeze me in because It would not be fair to the other appointments.... I understood. therefore, asked if he would sale me some oil. I was surprised when he said " I'll tell you what I will give you the oil" and instructed one of the techs to top off my car with oil so I could continue on my way to the airport to pick up my niece. Words can not express my gratitude. I am for life a Tire Plus customer and will always recommend Tire Plus of Lake Mary to everyone. Needless, to said I went the next day and serviced the car. I am a perfectionist and obsessed with details. It took me about 4 months to research window tinting services and I finally decided to go with Ultimate Window Tinting. I was very satisfied and impressed with my overall experience. PRICE: Of the three different tinting service companies that have the best online reviews, Ultimate Window Tinting gave me the best price quote. Several price options are available depending on your budget and what you want done. David or Angel will give you tons of info (tint options, state laws, tint care, etc). I wanted maximum protection but keeping it legal and they were able to give suggestions on various tint combinations. WORKMANSHIP: Tint placement and workmanship is impeccable. And there is nothing more assuring than their lifetime warranty at no cost! Enough said. SERVICE: Getting appointment is easy, got my appointment next day and work completed on time. They are very professional, easy to talk to and will accommodate any reasonable request. TIPS: Go for ceramic if your budget allows...better product and protection overall. Be open to suggestions to achieve what you want...I opted for 2 different tint levels to keep it dark and legal. Wash car after tinting (if you are obsessive like me), some water marks on car body (water from cleaning window when they cut tint template). Called to make an appointment, and someone answered right away. Had a price and appointment at the time I needed in 5 minutes. The location (Michigan St.) is a bit hard to find, some better signage would be great. It only took a u-turn and a second pass for me to see the little sign by the drive entrance. I arrived 15 minutes early, and they were able to start right away. A very friendly guy checked me in, and showed me the different options available. He was talkative and personable. He really made me feel like my car was in good hands. I instantly trusted him. I only wish I could remember his name to give him a shout out, but he drives a nice Dodge pickup if that helps. After choosing my material (ceramic), I was shown to a comfortable and clean waiting room with cable tv, WiFi and a snack bar. The chairs were comfortable and I was the only person in, so it was quiet as well. After about 35 minutes, they were done. I had my two front windows and a windshield bar done. The quality of work seems great so far, and I received the upgraded film quality I paid for. I highly recommend based on the friendly service, but they really did check all the boxes everywhere else too. I'll update should any problems arise, but I really don't see that happening. I've had two other vehicles tinted at highly reputable locations in my home town (Nashville). But after moving to Orlando I was concerned with finding a shop that would provide a quality/professional tint job. I found Ultimate Window Tinting via a google search and after reading the good reviews and photos on Yelp I decided to give them a shot. I called on a Wednesday and left a voicemail and within an hour I received a callback and setup an appointment for 1pm on Saturday. Upon arriving I was greeted by David and passed my keys to him so he could tint my 2010 Jeep Patriot. Within an hour and half all 9 individual window of my Patriot plus an additional windshield strip were tinted and they look PERFECT. No stray cuts, bubbles, lint, etc. Couldn't have asked for a faster install or quality job. I'm loving it! Especially in the Orlando sun. If you are like me, and worried about who to take your car to in Orlando for a quality tint job, rest assured that the guys at Ultimate Window Tinting can do a superb job, at a great price. I've had 4 vehicles tinted by David, the owner of Ultimate Window Tinting and they have all come out perfectly ... a Mercedes SL55, Range Rover Sport, BMW M3 and most recently a Bentley Coupe. I've had a hand ful of cars tinted by other window tint shops in Orlando before meeting David and there were always imperfections. Once he did my SL55 there was no reason to ever go elsewhere. I've also had my eastern facing condo in the Solaire @ The Plaza downtown tinted by him (I travel to and from Orlando for work) Before calling him I had electric roll down blinds put in to help with the unbearable heat and light in the morning and it wasn't enough. The window film he put on is clear, yet has eliminated 95% of the heat that would come in. It's very clear David not only is extremely knowledgable and skilled in window tinting. If you're looking for an honest and high quality window film company, Ultimate Window Tinting is it. I wish he'd come tint my place and car in California as I don't want anyone else touching my windows other than David. Thank you David ... Came to get tints done on my brand new 2016 WRX. I was very scared when picking who will do it and decided to take it to Ultimate Window Tinting based on their reviews. They very were friendly and upfront about everything. Didn't try to upsell me. They were very courteous, answered all of my questions without delay. Upon walking in, I was glad to see their shop is AC'd. Many shops have their workers work in the heat and I feel like that would affect the quality of installation so that was a big plus for me. Their customer lounge was great, very comfortable, had a tv to keep me company and had assorted snacks and drinks for the customers. I didn't mind waiting in this lounge at all. Other places should take notes from Ultimate Window Tinting of how to keep a customer happy. I had high expectations for this place due to their reviews and they have met every one of them. They did a great job! If I ever need tints again, I will most likely come back here as I know I can trust them to do quality work. My car looks great, thanks Cliff and Angel! read more

It is as good as it gets !! I decided to get my 2014 Charger tinted while here in Orlando on vacation. I stopped by Ultimate and I can happily say I was delighted by the explanation of the various grades of tinting materials by Angel, Ultimate's Tinting Technician. After comparing samples given to me by Angel I decided to have it done and called to make an appointment. Fortunately they had an opening the following morning (Ash Wednesday). I arrived at 8 a.m. and was greeted by Angel and I looked around the shop and to my total surprise I found the shop extremely clean, including the rest room which was sparkling. Angel was joined shortly by his colleague, Cliff, and they both went to work on my car. I am extremely pleased with the care and professionalism these two techs showed and the quality of work performed. I've known about these guys for a few years and have heard nothing but great things about the company and the projects they've done. I decided it was time for my Trooper to get tinted. After talking with David, I set an appointment to come in and get it done. I arrived late and the guys there said it was no problem and they would still be able to complete the job the same day with no extra charge. I went with the legal limit, 30% and 20% I think, and I couldn't be happier. After the process, I was given literature on how to care for the tint in a very professional folder which I didn't expect at all. Ultimate Window Tint is by far the best and most professional window tinting company that I have ever dealt with. Their professional installers have now tinted many of my vehicles, condos, businesses, and even my yacht in Fort Lauderdale. I live in Fort Lauderdale and I recently just drove up there just to get my new Toyota Tacoma double cab tinted for my son. Their prices are the most competitive in the industry (and trust me I shop around for everything) and I would gladly pay much more just to deal with a truly honest and extremely knowledgeable business. I needed my whole house tinted. I schedule a couple of tint companies to give me quotes on how much it would cost me. David came in gave me the best deal from any of the other quotes that I had received. His professionalism and timely scheduling made the whole process easy to do. This company is awesome! I sent an email request for information and I received a response within 8-9 minutes. I have never, never had such fast and friendly service. The request for an estimate was done on the same afternoon. The window tinting was completed by Joe two days later. Knowing nothing about window film I used the film that was suggested. I am very happy (I'm saving money on heat coming in the sliding glass door windows and blocking sunlight in the TV room) and thrilled at how well it looks. In addition, the work was done efficiently and quickly. I would give Joe 6 stars as he was fantastic! I will be replacing some windows throughout my home in the next couple of months and will be giving them my business. I am new to auto window tinting, and had begun researching all the different types of tinting options out there. I began calling various businesses to get quotes, and happened to call Ultimate Window Tinting. Luckily, David the owner answered, and took the time to clear up any confusion that I had, thereby helping me to make a much quicker and more informed decision for my new car. What can I say, David owner of Ultimate Window Tinting exceeded my expectations. I submitted the free online quote from his website and instantly he called me to set up an appointment. I just purchased a new car so I was very cautious of who touches my automobile. As soon as I pulled in David was outside waiting for me. I gave the keys to one of his associates which he was very kind and courteous. Less than 10 min the car was inside getting the tint applied. I got great service today. It was easy getting pricing information via yelp. Very responsive to online messages and provided great information. Pricing is very competitive. I drive a Tesla model 3 which comes with its own complications. The team has had great experience with my car and provided a high skill level for tint application. I felt confident with the technician at drop off provided answers to all my questions before I asked. I was also pleased I didn't have to explain how to drive this unique vehicle. Service was quicker than I expected and looks great and professionally done. If it wasn't for the blue a-frame signs on the street I might have missed the business. Ultimate Window Tinting has done an amazing job tinting my Jeep, my Mazda, and my home! Every time I call Dave, he immediately gets me an appointment that fits my schedule, especially on a Sunday. The employees are always very personable, knowledgeable with all their products, and do an outright incredible job! The shop is always clean, and while they were tinting my home they were very professional. I went with Huper Optik ceramic 30 and it looks outstanding!! It keeps a lot of the heat out when the car is sitting in the sun. Joe and Cliff got the job done quickly and efficiently. They gave me a bunch of options to choose from and helped me decide which one would be best. I had a 2013 mustang done, and it turned out very good. No complaints. I did not get the strip at the top of the windshield when I had the windows tinted, then several months later I decided to get the strip. And when I went down, I asked about getting some clear film on the windshield to block the heat. He gladly put that on the windshield and said to let it dry before putting the strip at the top. I also had a 2014 Camaro done, and it turned out well also. I will be going back in a couple of months to get the clear film to reject the heat coming through the windshield, and the strip at the top. I recommend Ultimate Window tinting for a professional tinting job, and you get the lifetime warranty. I got the Huper window film. Ask about the clear film for the windshield. read more

I was referred by a friend. Told me they will take care of me. He wasn't lying the best tinting experience I had. Joe, Angel, and Justin went to work right when I got there handle my car like one of their own. They have a nice waiting room with TV,coffee, bottles of water, and snacks. You can also watch your car get tinted as you waited. Talk about waiting almost didn't exist, if you have appointment since they have everyone work on there own window. The quality of tint and service is outstanding. They service everything from economy cars to supercars with the same service and quality they are known for. Any future car I purchased without tint will be tinted here for sure. Thanks to the guys at ultimate tinting for taking care of me and thanks to my friend who referred me. read more
