I informed them that there was no service manual and that the maker was no longer in business and couldn't be reached...also informed them that the tubes were good. After keeping the units almost 3 months they said they could not do anything with the units because there was not a service manual. They said the tubes worked. This is exactly what I told them when I dropped off the units.  They did not appear to test the units at all with a multimeter or follow any traces on the board.
