I was in need of a pedi and came across Ultra, gave them a call to make sure they took walk ins (my first time there) since it was past 6pm and they close at 7pm. Ladies were so nice and welcoming when I came in. I got the Deluxe Pedi which included paraffin scrub and massage with hot towel. Yen was the lady that took care of me. OMG this was by far the best service I've ever had at a salon. Even though it was passed their closing time, Yen still took her time. I think I just found my new go to salon. Went in yesterday to get a full set and pedicure. Full set was absolutely terrible, some nails were wide, some narrow, 2 were way to short compared to the others. It was a complete disaster. After me expressing my displeasure with the set, I decided to have the nails removed (owner agreed, but had attitude) I'm the paying customer and I'm expressing my dissatisfaction and she wants to go back and forth with me. Upon completion of the pedicure service I go to pay and am told that I owe a total of $50 for the gel pedicure. I picked the European Pedicure which is $32 + $10 for gel +$5 fee for using my debit card(never been charged that here before). So the total, including the now bogus $5 fee (because she was mad I complained) should have been $47. Overall, I was highly disappointed in the quality of service as well as the customer service. I hope no one else has this experience, and I suggest going elsewhere. read more

I followed Stacy over from the last place she worked because I really loved her work and how kind she was. I started noticing that Stacy wasn't treating me as nice as she used to. Making me wait not acknowledge me when I walk in you would think that you would treat the people that been with you the longest as well as new people. Moved to the area recently so I thought i would give this place a try. I had been reading reviews and saw that Stacy was mentioned quite often in the reviews. As soon as i walked in, it was Stacy! "Perfect," i thought. I asked her if she had time & she said she was busy at the moment. Totally understandable since I just walked in without an appointment. I asked her when would be a good time for me to come back as I was more than willing to come back at any time. She insisted I get them done at that moment, but I let her know I would love for her to do my manicure. We agreed on a time for me to come back. I came back at the time we agreed on. As soon as I walked in, I was directed towards a chair and a lady started my pedicure immediately. Stacy was still with another lady, which i did not mind. About 20 minutes into my pedicure, Stacy comes and starts to remove my old nail polish on my hands. A lady walked in, Stacy stops removing my nail polish and helps the lady that WALKED IN and has some one else do my manicure even though I came back for her to do my nails. I was disappointed because we agreed on a time she had open for me to come back and she ended up helping a walk in customer instead. The lady that did my nails was alright- she rushed cleaning up my nails and my nails had air bubbles before she put on the clear coat. She attempted to cover the air bubbles by adding a couple more layers of color and puts clear coat on. So i left with countless layers of nail polish and air bubbles still visible. I'm so glad this place has decent prices cause that would have been more disappointing if it cost more. Luckily they weren't to busy when I got there in the late morning and they were friendly and accommodating with me not having an appointment.
