was really excited because I showed an inspiration picture of exactly what I wanted, but unfortunately my nails didn't turn out how I expected. The French tips are much thicker than in the inspo, the shape isn't as clean, and the overall design looks quite different. To make matters worse, my cuticle was cut during the appointment, I understand that no set will be identical to the inspiration, but I was disappointed with both the final result and the experience. Do not come here! This was the rudest, most painful, worst nail experience ever! I went in for a full set and pedicure (the pedicure was fine) but the person who did my nails was awful. Yelp challenge 2016 It was almost 8:00pm and my feet were hurting soooooo bad. Its my fault I rarely wear sneakers to work. I'm usually in flats, boots,Mary Jane's or Heels. Which offers zero comfort to feet. Sooo I've been battling a callus for a few weeks now. I couldn't get rid of it on my own no matter what I did. It really hurt to the point of being in tears. The mister had enough of my tears, gave me his wallet and sent me here. This place is cool. Especially since its open till 9:00pm, sometimes 10:00pm. I've driven by at 11:00pm and you know what? Its still open. Everyone inside is so nice and welcoming. Located at Knott and Orange in a tiny strip mall. Access with one way in and one way out off Knott. So this place is nothing fancy, just your ordinary nail salon that offers a variety of services from manicures and pedicures, to waxing and facials. Everything is brand new since its only been open a few months. Spa chairs are complete with massagers. Lots of color choices including OPI. Gel options and nail art. There is a drying station to speed up your dry time. Everything is in synch with health code regulations. Spa Tubs have plastic liners, tools are sanitized, ect. TV with movies playing to keep your attention. Packages for pedicures start at $15 for your basic and go up to about $40 with all the bells and whistles. Zero pressure for the upgrades. Sea salt, paraffin, callus remover, prolonged massage, air brush design. They have it all. There is even a kid chair. Tom was my nail technician. Super friendly guy. Super talkative. I did the $20 deal. Sea salt and callus remover on top of the basic spa pedicure. To add the Parrafin, it would of been $25.00. My pedicure was just what I needed to get my feet back on track. Everything was done to my expectations. $20 well spent. My feet feel so much better. 5 stars for friendly service, late hours, great prices, free water. Most importantly late hours. Terrible manicure and gel nails. Do not come here. This place sucks!! Manicure: didnt remove all my old nail polish. Barely cleaned my cuticles and underneath my nails. She barely used the tools and the hand massage was poor. Gel nails: my friend came in with me and her nails aren't the same length or even symmetrical. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Worst gel manicure EVER!! Ladies were rude and unwelcoming. Gel was applied uneven through out. Lady was even putting on a second coat without putting my nails under the UV light. Needless to say, the gel came out uneven and bulky! To top it off, she filed my nails super short! Even though I asked her to only file bc I didn't want them short. The lady clearly did not know what she was doing!! When I asked her to correct the gel she started talking in I assume Vietnamese, to the other lady and it was clear they were talking badly about me. She kept saying "I know I know" but did not fix them! I am so bummed because a lot of people have good reviews and I thought I was coming to the right place. What a waste of $45 for a half ass pedi and worst gel manicure. Now I will have to go to another place tomorrow to get them fixed bc this is seriously embarrassing on my nails! It was my first time there since they changed owners. Overall, the experience wasn't too bad. I would have appreciated if they told me how long I'd have to wait rather than putting me straight on the spa machine, which made me assume I'd be seen right away. I guess that's my bad for not asking first as I had to wait 40 minutes. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. The colors were really nice, but the way she painted my nails wasn't. It looked a bit sloppy. Usually when it looks sloppy, they at least try to fix it after with a nail file (for gel) or acetone (for regular nail polish), but the lady just left it as is. My gel manicure ended up only lasting no more than a week and half. That's when you know they didn't do a good job. I wish they cared more about the quality of doing a manicure/pedicure because I really liked their color selection. Probably won't be back. read more

I always go to nice nails across the street, today I was short on time so I tried this place out, big mistake. I chose the #3 what I got was the purple scrub and that's it. When I asked about the cooling gel and hot oil I was told by the girl doing my feet it was done, but the girl doing nails said O' here, and brought the cooling gel. No hot oil was done! The hot towels were from hot water put on dry towels from the sink! I asked why not towels from the machine, she said I took them from the machine but put warm water so it didn't burn you, but I watched her take dry towels and put them in water! I was asked what color, I said just white toe nail polish, she said no gel? I said no, just polish. Why not, with a discussing look on her face, you don't want better nails, only 5 dollars more!
