I've been going here forever about a month or two Tracy has been amazing and my acrylics last a long time and with working the way I do lifting boxes that are heavy and they do not crack or break while doing my job is just amazing, I highly recommend seeing her and having your nails services done by her salon

Definitely recommend this nail place! I've been to several around the area and always end up coming back to these wonderful ladies! Tracy is absolutely amazing! Both times she has done my set she has taken her time to assure all 10 nails are perfect! She is the only one that has done a set on me that actually lasts more than two weeks without the acrylic lifting or break off! I had a pedicure today with MiMi... ABSOLUTELY beyond satisfied! Took her time with actual pedicure and massaging my legs/feet! Best pedicure I've had in years!!! See you again ladies! Thank you for being awesome.

Do not come here! This was the rudest, most painful, worst nail experience ever! I went in for a full set and pedicure (the pedicure was fine) but the person who did my nails was awful. In her rush to get the acrylics I previously had on before starting my new set she used an acrylic nail to rip off the old ones, in doing so she ended up puncturing one of my nails right in the middle Of the nail bed and then just plain tore off a piece of my nail on my middle finger (it bled and bled and you can see my flesh, it was so deep) Then she had the audacity to charge me 10 dollars for "taking my nails off) l. This was my first time ever trying this place out and it's safe to say that I will never come back.

Yelp challenge 2016 It was almost 8:00pm and my feet were hurting soooooo bad. Its my fault I rarely wear sneakers to work. I'm usually in flats, boots,Mary Jane's or Heels. Which offers zero comfort to feet. Sooo I've been battling a callus for a few weeks now. I couldn't get rid of it on my own no matter what I did. It really hurt to the point of being in tears. The mister had enough of my tears, gave me his wallet and sent me here. This place is cool. Especially since its open till 9:00pm, sometimes 10:00pm. I've driven by at 11:00pm and you know what? Its still open. Everyone inside is so nice and welcoming. Located at Knott and Orange in a tiny strip mall. Access with one way in and one way out off Knott. So this place is nothing fancy, just your ordinary nail salon that offers a variety of services from manicures and pedicures, to waxing and facials. Everything is brand new since its only been open a few months. Spa chairs are complete with massagers. Lots of color choices including OPI. Gel options and nail art. There is a drying station to speed up your dry time. Everything is in synch with health code regulations. Spa Tubs have plastic liners, tools are sanitized, ect. TV with movies playing to keep your attention. Packages for pedicures start at $15 for your basic and go up to about $40 with all the bells and whistles. Zero pressure for the upgrades. Sea salt, paraffin, callus remover, prolonged massage, air brush design. They have it all. There is even a kid chair. Tom was my nail technician. Super friendly guy. Super talkative. I did the $20 deal. Sea salt and callus remover on top of the basic spa pedicure. To add the Parrafin, it would of been $25.00. My pedicure was just what I needed to get my feet back on track. Everything was done to my expectations. $20 well spent. My feet feel so much better. 5 stars for friendly service, late hours, great prices, free water. Most importantly late hours. I am a fan. #938

He messed with the shape and length. They're not symmetrical and he had the audacity to tell me my hands were the problem. To add insult to injury he was charging me an undisclosed $2 for cutting them. The gel on my nails looks awful!!!! It looks like a melted cake. DO NOT COME HERE

Literraly the best nails ever. I've been here a couple of times and my nails always come out sooo cute. They also last a long time. I've been through 2 moves with nails from here and have never had a broken nail! Tracy is the best! Service is quick and I always come out happy with the outcome. Terrible manicure and gel nails. Do not come here. This place sucks!! Manicure: didnt remove all my old nail polish. Barely cleaned my cuticles and underneath my nails. She barely used the tools and the hand massage was poor. Gel nails: my friend came in with me and her nails aren't the same length or even symmetrical. They're supposed to be square but theyre uneven. Her gel looks like it's melting off. And on top of everything they're not even completely filled.

Tracy did my nails, she is very rude and makes inappropriate comments to the customers. She cut one of my fingers while she was doing my nails, and she was yanking my hand when she was filing my nails. Horrible place. I won't recommended to anyone. read more

The quality of my nails is nice, and the nail artists were nice. I was the only customer, and I had asked for a fill and pedicure. Once more customers arrived, the nail techs seemed to rush my service, so much that Tracy didn't do my nail design, she just finished the solid color and finished off with a top coat. Did not even clean up around my nails. read more

Definitely recommend this nail place! I've been to several around the area and always end up coming back to these wonderful ladies! Tracy is absolutely amazing! Very friendly staff , went on Sunday about 530 and they were gracious enough to accommodate me. For some reason my nail broke on Tuesday morning, I went back in and the gentleman who works there fixed it without any hesitation for free. My nail did not break because of being done poorly, I want to say it was just a mishap On my part. I definitely recommend them. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Worst gel manicure EVER!! Ladies were rude and unwelcoming. Gel was applied uneven through out. Lady was even putting on a second coat without putting my nails under the UV light. Needless to say, the gel came out uneven and bulky! To top it off, she filed my nails super short! Even though I asked her to only file bc I didn't want them short. The lady clearly did not know what she was doing!! When I asked her to correct the gel she started talking in I assume Vietnamese, to the other lady and it was clear they were talking badly about me. She kept saying "I know I know" but did not fix them! I am so bummed because a lot of people have good reviews and I thought I was coming to the right place. What a waste of $45 for a half ass pedi and worst gel manicure. Now I will have to go to another place tomorrow to get them fixed bc this is seriously embarrassing on my nails! I think a 5 year old would have done a better job. Please follow my advice and do not go here! They probably pay people to post good reviews. I would give this place negative stars if yelp let me! read more

Looks like a nice clean place, I showed up on Sunday. I asked for a fill. She said no problem and talked me into a pedicure. Ok that was at3:15pm... girl it's 4:40 and still waiting.... that close at 5pm. All really want is a fill... I'm struggling just to walk out or just wait. I really need a fill! So a lady comes in 45 min after me. She gets called in before me. Maybe an appointment??? Update: they suck. Never coming here again. If I could give them a zero and a middle finger I would!! Yes I did enjoy the pizza for dinner but I did not enjoy staying there for 4 1/2 hours while my friend and I got our nails done. It was my first time there since they changed owners. Overall, the experience wasn't too bad. I would have appreciated if they told me how long I'd have to wait rather than putting me straight on the spa machine, which made me assume I'd be seen right away. I guess that's my bad for not asking first as I had to wait 40 minutes. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. The colors were really nice, but the way she painted my nails wasn't. It looked a bit sloppy. Usually when it looks sloppy, they at least try to fix it after with a nail file (for gel) or acetone (for regular nail polish), but the lady just left it as is. My gel manicure ended up only lasting no more than a week and half. That's when you know they didn't do a good job. I wish they cared more about the quality of doing a manicure/pedicure because I really liked their color selection. Probably won't be back. read more

I'm pretty sure store owners aren't supposed to do that, but I won't stand for it. It's laughable at this point. Again, just don't come here. Don't trust it. read more

I always go to nice nails across the street, today I was short on time so I tried this place out, big mistake. I chose the #3 what I got was the purple scrub and that's it. When I asked about the cooling gel and hot oil I was told by the girl doing my feet it was done, but the girl doing nails said O' here, and brought the cooling gel. No hot oil was done! The hot towels were from hot water put on dry towels from the sink! I asked why not towels from the machine, she said I took them from the machine but put warm water so it didn't burn you, but I watched her take dry towels and put them in water! I was asked what color, I said just white toe nail polish, she said no gel? I said no, just polish. Why not, with a discussing look on her face, you don't want better nails, only 5 dollars more! No, just what I asked for, but apparently you can't get that here! Will never come here again! read more

I come here every two weeks, the staff is always friendly and have amazing suggestions. They saved me this time for sure I had a nail break the night before an interview if it wasn't for their amazing work I would not have been able to feel as confident as I do read more

They had found it online and wanted to let me know where to buy it. The locker room is luxurious with lots of amenities, including 2 showers (they have on-wall shampoo/conditioner/body wash), 3 bathroom stalls, 1 steam room, oodles of lockers which have your robe and rubber slipper shoes and space to put all your stuff during your treatment, and all of the self-care goodies near the 2 sinks (mouthwash, body lotion, makeup remover, hair spray and gel, clean combs and brushes, an aromatherapy machine) as well as flavored water. They use nice towels to dry your hands, and they have body towels if you take a shower. The lounge space is co-ed, with loungers, chairs, 2 flavored waters, 2 types of small bite-size pastries (blueberry bread and cranberry orange scones), and they offered me hot tea. The wall nearby appears to be stained-glass. Wowsers, what an experience. It's absolutely worth it. Spend the money on yourself, indulge, and you will never regret it. Some bits came out not matching or not quite the perfect shape. But she checked with me after every step and I had an opportunity to correct if I had better eagle eyes in the moment. I was just too overstimulated at the time to notice - but I think someone who knows exactly what they want would be able to direct them better toward perfection! Just keep an eye on it and be clear and I'm sure they can do it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am from out of town and needed then done first and last time ever going there! I called in advance for dip powder they said they did them. I have never been cut by the file machine so much. I have literally 2-3 cuts in each finger. My nails are horrible and so sloppy. Embarrassing to show my hands. Please if you do not know how to properly do dip powder don't promote it. They should be ashamed for doing this service to their clients and allowing them to walk out the salon that way. I could've done them myself and would've came 100 times better. To top it off my pinky nail already broke and it hasn't even been 24 hrs. I don't understand how that is possible when this is supposed to be like acrlics and no I did not hurt my finger for it to cause my nail to break. SHITTY place!!!!!!!! read more

Tracy!!! She doesn't get the credit she deserves, holding down the business just her and another woman! It doesn't matter if you are a walk-in or if it's 8 PM when she closes. she always tries to get her customers in and satisfied whether they are happy with it or not ( maybe we just got too many picky people here) yes she does overbook herself and sometimes it takes longer than usual but if you know Tracy and love her work it's worth the wait!! read more

Came in on Saturday 2/22/20 in the morning. Staff was very friendly, offered me a beverage and was able to start my nails.. Tracy did an amazing job.. The conversation Tracy and I had plus her amazing skills will bring me back. The salon is clean, friendly staff. I live more than 10 miles from here but I will continue to come here for Tracy.
