Will you guys ever change your hours to be open 24 hours?

We would absolutely love too however City ordinances currently prevent that as we are near a residential area.

Do you still offer classes open to public?

Hi there At the moment we don’t have scheduled classes. We are looking at reintroducing classes in the near future for members.

Is childcare still available?

Hi. We don’t have childcare services available. The demand since covid has been very low.

Do you have Zumba classes?

Hi We don’t have Zumba classes however we do have Latin Groove on Saturday mornings at 10am.

Do you have a Sauna or Steam Room?

We have now installed infrared sauna. Included in membership.

Are there platforms?

Update.: We added an 8 station Rogue Monster Rig outside for Deadlifts and Squats. Before installing it we built a a base of perfectly level 6 inch deep concrete reinforced with rebar and rubber on top.

My entire right side was off, from my toe, knee, hip, back, even up into my shoulders. I just had no idea what the root cause was or how to fix it. I've seen MANY physical therapists throughout the years, tried acupuncture, and gotten regular massages. Unfortunately none of them provided relief for more than a few days. I also worked with other trainers before, but they trained me in more generic ways and overlooked my imbalances. Sometimes it would make my pain got worse. I moved to this area a few months ago and was referred to Wilson. I immediately felt a HUGE DIFFERENCE just from our discovery session. He picked up on issues in my movement just by watching me do a few exercises. He used the massage gun to loosen muscles I didn't even know were contributing to my pain. He explained exactly tight, what was weak, and how everything connected. He told me I'd feel better within two months... but honestly, I started feeling better within just TWO WEEKS of seeing him twice a week. This is genuinely the best money I've ever spent on my health. I'm definitely stronger, more balanced, and NOT IN CONSTANT PAIN!! I can go on longer hikes and spend more time walking my dog without stopping to massage my back... I can't recommend Wilson enough, especially if you feel like nothing else has worked.

I've tried so many of the instructors, and everyone has their own vibe. Some are harder than others. It's really cool to figure out your favorites, and switch things up when needed etc. Unlike many other Lagree Studios, when you walk in, you enter a lobby first..Not just boom there's the machines and a cubbyhole for your things. There's a full lobby with seating and a separate room to place your items. The machines are further in the back in another room, which disconnects you from the entry door and windows. So when you're in session, you're not distracted by cars driving by or anything like that. I also really like the ambience. I prefer dark over squeaky bright studios. When it's time for class, the music is blaring and you lock tf in. The instructors are good at correcting your form when needed, and you can tell that the studio has a great deal of respect for Lagree. I've heard people complain about the parking, and I totally get it. But typically if you arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your class, parking shouldn't be an issue. Ive only ever had an issue when I'm running a little late. You can have private events here too which is nice. I celebrated my birthday and it was cute and something different to do with my friends.
