Here's what i've learned thus far: Always opt for the 10'' over the 14'' pizza - even if you're ordering for more than one person. I grabbed a 10'' pizza the first go round and it was so delicious that I ordered a larger 14'' for myself the next day because i'm a monster. The crust on the 14'' was way too thin and my delightful truffle oil pizza (see below), got soggy and less delightful in the larger size. My go-to now and forever will be the Montanara - tomato sauce, wild mushrooms, italian sausage, mozzarella and white truffle oil. But (and stay with me here), if you want to ninja the heck out of this, lose the italian sausage, double up on the wild mushrooms and add garlic & olive oil. Yeah... it's as badass as it sounds.
