As many other reviews have noted, there is a consistent pattern of unprofessionalism, poor communication, and a dismissive, often hostile attitude toward staff. What's most troubling is the disconnect between the public-facing atmosphere and the internal reality. Customers may see a polished environment, but behind that façade are employees who feel uncomfortable being themselves, who are reprimanded unfairly, and who are neither properly valued nor treated with respect and dignity. A business is only as strong as the way it treats its people, and unfortunately, this establishment falls short in that regard. I would STRONGLY encourage others to take this into consideration before choosing to support it.
