I typically order half sugar because I find drinks to be too sweet and when I had there drink the first time I almost contemplated asking for more of the flavor. But the coffee is absolutely delicious it's smooth their breakfast is really good too I had the asiago bagel with ham and cheese really really really good soft definitely would go back. And this location is really busy because it has a lot of people coming from the connecting hotels and commuters but the staff is always really upbeat and nice I went twice, so kudos to them for remaining call under pressure and keeping the line going read more

Coffee here is predictably good. My breakfast sandwich was better than many in similar places. Ambiance is, well, in a food court, so not great. But lots of seating in a fairly pleasant environment. Went over here for a coffee, regular ass coffee. Stayed at the Hyatt so I saw this place was right next to it. I went outside to find it only to find out it is attached to a place called The Hub which connects to like 3 other hotels. Anyway, I found it and the people working there are super helpful and it being inside the Hub jam makes it easier to be in and out. It's pretty cool down there minus the crackheads that invade the space and yell at everyone then the cops come and chase them out. Entertainment for sure. read more

Pretty good coffee. What's also great is they make is relatively fast. This coffee shop is located in the peachtree center mall. You have to go down the stairs from outside. Looks like there are mainly business people who have lunch here. And they have lots of seats and tables in the middle like a food court (but nicer). It looks like a starbucks but blue, instead of green. The coffee tastes nice and they also have pastries. I see this chain everywhere in mall of america in minnesota. Love Caribou coffee so I was so excited to find this spot for my morning coffee. They have three different coffee choices so I got the dark roast and it was full bodied and tasted great. I also got the lumberjack breakfast sandwich which was an everything bagel two eggs and sausage and ham. I was searching for something other than hotel breakfast and was happy to stumble upon this chain. It looks just like most starbucks stands and it's located in a little food court. You just order at the counter. The staff were very quick making our drinks and sandwiches. I had a chicken apple sausage sandwich, which was definitely better than most fast food sandwiches! I was a little disappointed that I didn't see the waffle sandwich on the menu until after we got our food. There's no specific seating for them, but there is plenty of seats shared with other stands. Came here for breakfast. It's located downstairs across Chick-fil-A. Tried their featured item Honey sriracha on everything bagel sandwich. It's nicely toasted and tasted great. Bagel texture was awesome, just the right amount of chewiness and the inside was soft. Kids had glazed donut and toasted blueberry bagel with cream cheese. They both liked it and agreed that we'd like to come again! Staffs were friendly. Food and coffee were good. I'm glad that we found this nice spot during our trip. My office is across the street from the Hub at Peachtree Center food court where this Caribou coffee kiosk is located -I like a cup of coffee every morning I've tried all the usuals around and in the food court -I usually land on Caribou for the last year or so because the coffee is good and it's not too expensive Lately it's been taking forever to get a coffee and they don't control the line , so you wind up standing in the middle of the aisle (because people have NO idea how to make a line anymore) and you have to spend the whole 10 minutes in line hop-scotching out of people's way. read more

Was in town this week for the convention and had Caribou nearly every day. The food was a little dodgy (sausage was usually cold in the middle, and I'm not sure anyone there has ever seen cooked bacon), but every drink I got was outstanding and the staff was universally excellent. Skip the long line at The Hotel Starbucks and check out Caribou at Peachtree plaza. You'll get a good cup of coffee plus faster and friendlier service. I've been a Caribou fan since my first visit to the state of GA, this particular location was ideal because of all the other eateries found within peachtree plaza. The egg white turkey bacon sandwich and the blueberry oatmeal along with my cappuccino was a great way to start the day. The lady working at Caribou (can't recall her name) got used to seeing me, she memorized my order every time she saw me. She was a sweetheart. Only other reason to stop and visit Caribou, is the Juice bar next door at Aviva Mediterranean. That was the cherry on top for me. read more

This Caribou Coffee is located inside the food court at the Mall at Peachtree Center. I got my lunch here on Saturday because every other stall at the food court had insanely long lines from Dragon*Con. Caribou didn't have a line. I guess people thought they couldn't get food from Caribou. Well, it's kind of true. Their food menu is very limited -- they offer a handful of grilled cheese sandwiches for lunch and an assortment of breakfast sandwiches. I had the Gouda Turkey Pesto sandwich. It was delicious. It looked small, but was actually quite filling. Along with melted gouda cheese, there was also melted fontina cheese inside plus roast turkey, caramelized onions, arugula, and pesto sauce. The bread was grilled/toasted and I want to say it was buttered, which made the sandwich even tastier. The pesto was my favorite ingredient. Along with a bag of premium BBQ potato chips, this meal came out to $5 and change. Not bad. Service was great. The cashier was very friendly and my sandwich was made-to-order and came out fast. The person calling out orders was smart. He would call out the name of the item(s) ordered and then when the customer came to retrieve his/her order, he'd ask for their name (which they submitted with their order) before handing the order over. So, next time you're at Dragon*Con, want food, and want to bypass all the long lines, try a sandwich from Caribou. read more

I was staying at the connected Mariiott and was PISSED after paying $4.54 for a double tall latte- so I did a little research with Caribou. The double small latte was just as good AND it was only $3.32. I stopped by there four times while I was in Atlanta and by the third day the lady at the register (who was very nice and chipper each day) started recognizing me which was nice. On the last day I stopped by I was about to get a medium coffee and a bottle of water and she told me about a deal where you get the water for only $1 if you get a large coffee- saved me about a dollar. My go-to place for coffee and snacks during Dragon Con, a large pop culture convention where 75,000 people congregate every Labor Day. They have enough staff to handle the surge of weekend customers, are open long hours, and have friendly staff even under pressure. Very contrasting with the other similar coffee shops in the immediate area that are not open, have very short hours appropriate for usual slow weekends, or take advantage of the swell of people for the weekend and price gauge customers with coffee the price of craft beer. Worst "coffee shop" I've been to yet. Not really sure who manages this place but clearly carrying a dark roast seems to be too much to ask of them. The first couple of times I asked I was told they were out. Then the real crooks started coming out: they took my money and served me a MEDIUM roast! When I inquired they were like "oh sorry l, we don't have dark roast!" I was baffled! Decided to experiment once again the next day. So I did and they STILL tried to take my money while serving me a medium roast. Let it be known there are 2 other caribou's, a Starbucks, and a Dunkin' Donuts in the same building. This particular Caribou Coffee is my go-to when I don't feel like having breakfast at home. The staff are welcoming and professional. They definitely start to recognize you and remember your orders on repeat visits. They even make suggestions for new items based on what they know you like already. This Caribou Coffee is also directly across the street from a Starbucks that's always packed. I frequent both, but I definitely prefer Caribou's coffee and breakfast sandwich options. read more

BEST COFFEE SHOP IN ATLANTA!!!! I've always considered myself more of a Starbucks kind-of girl because 1) it's the king of coffee and 2) there's always one nearby. I'm sure you can understand my disappoint when I started working at the Peachtree Building and there is only a Caribou Coffee. At first I was willing to take the walk out of the building and down the street to get to the nearest Starbucks...braving all the elements....traffic, weather, the homeless, etc but then I tried Caribou.... They have the nicest and most attentive staff I've ever seen. Everyone is friendly (which is no small feat at that time in the morning) and yet still make sure that the line is moving so you can run in late get your coffee and be off to work. The staff goes the extra mile to get to know each and everyone of their regular customers making sure they know about any specials, putting in your order before you even get up there and even helping them with the daily trivia question. I think the brilliant staff performance can all be attributed to the store manager, Scott who literally eats and breathes this store and makes it feel like family. My suggestions are all very chocolaty so if you're not a chocoholic like me you will probably shudder but I suggest the Dark Chocolate Iced Mocha, the Full Rack Hot Chocolate and the frozen Turtle Mocha. I can drink these and it tastes like dessert but I don't feel guilty because its just like drinking a cup of coffee for breakfast....right??? : ) read more

This place is probably the better ones out of the two Caribous near my workplace. Located in the hear of Peachtree Center Mall, its a great place to stop by during lunch to grab a drink. The staff is friendly and the drinks are quickly made for you. I got the Caribou Cooler and I have to say, its pretty darn good. If I have time, I'd rather walk to this Caribou to grab coffee vs. other competitors nearby. I know coffee isn't good for me, but I can't seem to get away from here. read more
