This place has gone extremely down hill. Our service was awful tonight, the waitress was too busy at the bar flirting and extremely rude. Tea tasted old, asked for Dr Pepper instead and got some clear soda... not even sure what it was. Taco shells were stale. Kids portions were much smaller than any other normal kids portion.. barely any food. Got Marijuana nachos and there was hardly any fajita steak on it. It was a sloppy mess. We sat down with only 3 tables in the restaurant. It took 10 minutes for the waitress to come back and take our order. Never saw her again until I asked the busboy to please check on our food because it had been a long time. Food finally arrived. Chicken wing was still cold in the middle. It was obvious frozen before cooking. The flouta was dry as a bone and was obviously another dish from a bag in the freezer. My rice served with my partner's enchiladas was plain white rice. Wow...never would have guessed this would become a new favorite place for us to have a drink. Loved the lighting and sports atmosphere. Great place to watch sports and grab a Margarita. Ask for a handmade drink if ordering on the rocks...otherwise it's premade. Salsa and chips were great. We weren't that hungry so we ordered the nachos...and ended up with the "marijuana" which had everything on it...WOW...amazingly delicious. Since this was our first time here, the fajita beef on the nachos was so good, I know exactly what I'm ordering next time...beef fajitas. The meat is so tender it almost melts in your mouth. The moment you walk in the door you feel like family. Everyone is so nice and very efficient. The food is fresh and delicious and always delivered in very large portions. The restaurant is always clean and the ambiance is amazing! You feel like you're eating with family and friends and can rest assured everything is delicious! Definitely a 10+ star review! This place is absolutely the best. Uncle Beto (owner) his staff and food are absolutely the bomb. We ate there last Friday and loved it so much, we went back again Saturday. The food is delicious, so well prepared. Beto and the staff so nice and welcoming. It's a rare find when you find an owner who literally gives you the shirt off his back. When the first bite of chips and salsa has you saying HMMMMMMM, you know you're in for a treat! And if they offer you the green (spicy) sauce? Take them up on the offer. Y'all it's DELICIOUS! Ordered guacamole fresco to get us started. Hubby's having fajitas and I'm 'pick your plate' with a chicken enchilada, crispy beef taco, and bean tostada and queso. I figure between the two of us, that pretty much samples the entire range of the menu. Don't judge this book by it's cover: yes, it shares its parking lot with a gas station and you'd probably pass it right by if you didn't know it was here, but oh, so worth it! Surprisingly large inside, too. The table side quac is a HUGE serving, definitely shareable. Along with the really crisp, thick chips it's a GREAT starter (just to taste, I asked for extra jalapeños and then added a squeeze of lemon and salt and pepper). Sooo, I'm 3/4 of the at thru my meal and realized I didn't take any pictures. Y'all. SOOOO GOOD! The beef taco - nearly the full shell was ground beef. The lettuce and topping were in the inside b/c the filling of beef was so generous. The bean tostada: could have used just a slightly thicker slathering of beans, but the taste was on point. The chicken enchilada: was a disappointment, after all the amazing flavors and textures, the chicken was dry and the queso very much felt like the kind from a can. Womp womp. Hubby's fajitas have disappeared. Pretty sure he was happy with dunking them in the green spicy sauce (we asked for more, so good!). The refried black beans are a real treat, too. Cold food, uncomfortable seating, and bad unfriendly service were charged for food that was not ordered. That was a 3rd visit. 1st time was really good. 2nd time, not as good as the first. What a great find on our way home from Oklahoma!! The staff was very friendly, and we were seated right away. Our server Kaylynn was excellent. We started with queso was just that melted cheese with absolutely zero flavor and the chips were stale. Then on to the main course I had the fajita chimmichanga it had 3 small pieces of meat in a huge hunk of processed cheese in it. The owner brought it out and said the plate was very hot it was thankfully because it was the only thing hot about the meal. The wife had the basic chicken quesadillas it too was lacking in meat and was so greasy you could not eat it. The owner didn't care to check on things he just sat at the end of the bar involved in his cell phone. We ate a third of the meal and had to wait 20 min for our check. The prices are pretty high for the area and the quality. There are much better and less costly restaurants in the area. All said I would give this restaurant a HARD PASS. Holy guacamole! My husband and I stopped by here today because of the great Yelp reviews, and I totally see why this restaurant has such a great rating! Everything about our visit was freaking amazing! The chips and salsa and the spicy green sauce were sooooo good! We began with drinks, and they had a Champagne-Rita which I've never had. I got that, and oh my goodness: it was PERFECT!! My husband's Patron margarita was apparently so good, too!! The food was equally as good. But honestly, probably the best part of our visit was the incredible service. The sweet lady who delivered our delivered our chips and salsa was so sweet and attentive. And our waitress, Jessica, was absolutely one of the best waitresses we've come across. She was sooooo sweet and helpful and friendly and knowledgeable... I could go on and on. Food may be decent but I have a friend that recently quit because she was being sexually harassed by the cooks in the back. From the times I went there to support my friend and eat decent food I believed she was their best employee and extremely nice to us and everyone else she waited on. To think she made the manager/owner Beto aware of the situation and nothing was done to stop the harassment raises concerns when she did everything for that restaurant she could. We can't go back there and support a business that doesn't take care of their employees. Not to mention the owner Mr Beto loves to sit at the bar with friends and get drunk and make a scene almost every time we go in for dinner. read more
