Nothing terrible, but not something I'll go out of my way for. It's another one of those times that I wish Yelp would let me give half stars, because this is much closer to 3.5 than to a hard 3 Stars. The flavors were solid in both the tacos and the nachos, but the amount of meat added on both was like as bare minimum as possible. Everything was really fresh, which was great! But just not enough of it. Four tacos and nachos was like $35 which would be fine if there were bigger portions. Really clean inside, service was fine. Typical Gen-Z with an Airpod in at all times but this isn't really a place where you need to be consistently paying attention. read more

We were going to eat here after the Little Elm Brew and Que. Unfortunately, we had to move on. The ladies' restroom had no toilet paper and NO SOAP!!!!! What?!?! These are the BASICS. When I found the manager, he was at the front registers having a drink from the soda machine. When I informed him that I'm a resident of Little Elm, and I wanted to see them succeed, he said they had been very busy this evening. Ummmmmm sir, you're standing here drinking from the soda machine. You have MULTIPLE employees standing around doing NOTHING. The place was...NOT...busy. Unacceptable store management!!! read more

I wouldn't go out of my way to Fuzzy's but if I'm hungry and I need one or two tacos and it's just on the way, I'll drop by quickly. I tried 3 of their tacos; fried avocado, shredded chicken and spicy pork. My favourite would be spicy pork taco, and that's the only flavour that I'd ever try if I would go back here again. A couple of my favorites that bring me back in are the grilled shrimp tacos minus garlic sauce and the yummy frozen or on the rocks margaritas. The food is great. The service is top notch. We order shrimp tacos every Tuesday after working out, but a couple Tuesdays ago my eggs were fried a little to hard, so I told Miguel and was soooo generous. 1. He cooked my order the following Tuesday 2. Came today to get our daughter dinner. My husband and I found a table on the patio far away from anyone and my husband went in and ordered in a mask. They clearly did not care. The server came out with our food and no mask. But what really PISSED me off and my reason for ONE star is that the server had the audacity to get in contact less than 6 feet of my daughter (within 2 feet actually) and on top of that touch her toy. Yes my daughter handed it to her but the server is an adult my daughter is a baby! Will not be returning and will be making it my purpose to inform all of my momma friends that this place has no regard for 550k lives lost and subjecting children (too young) to wear a mask to their bad choices. Once Covid hit this place went downhill. I get it back then but now it's still lacking. One major issue is the ability to get your own hot sauce which for a taco place is CRUCIAL!!!! you order $20 worth of food and they give you 2 packets if any! You ask for extra they scoff and give you 2 more. The phone is never answered and your food is always wrong. I don't usually go to Fuzzys but after this experience I will be back and very soon. My boyfriend and I went to fuzzys just for some chips and queso. We were waiting on something and thought it would be a good place to hang out for a bit. The staff was extremely friendly and kind. Numerous people, even management came by to ask if things were good. They picked up our trash from our table and asked if we would like refills for our waters. Fuzzy's isn't a sit down and get served restaurant but I felt I got better service here than a regular sit down restaurant. The manager even came by and gave us free dessert. I can't say how much we loved our experience. Also for a bonus the music they were playing was phenomenal. My boyfriend and I were jamming out the entire time. WE WILL BE BACK! read more

Short and sweet...girl behind the order counter was at best incompetent, didn't know the menu, I had to repeat everything in the order that she wanted it, still managed to charge for the larger drink I didn't ask for. There was almost nobody in the place but the food took fifteen minutes to get - and was COLD. Honestly the mistakes here just add up too damn much. The managers are nice and they always correct it and the food when made the way we ask is good BUT they make mistakes WAY TOO OFTEN. Between those I live with and I We've ordered from here probably atleast 30 times in the last 12 months. Here we are again ordering while we have company over for a total of 6 people spending a hundred bucks. There were supposed to be 5 shrimp tacos on the order with no lettuce, tomatoes or cilantro and they had all 3. Also they completely left off the enchilada plate. I'd say bare minimum 50% of the time there is atleast one thing wrong with the order. If I get home and we open up all the food is correct I am genuinely surprised. I don't know if their cooks don't speak/read English, if they just don't care or what but we've noticed that especially on pickup orders, they get absolutely lazy. The nachos just get thrown in there no effort or anything like if you're eating in. Numerous times when we've ordered nachos they leave out the queso ive had to drive back multiple times for that, now every time I pick it up I check to make sure there's queso, get home and then they either left out part of the order or messed up items and still have to go back. Have had to call and talk to a manager to get something re-made way too many times. They do good by atleast giving you the proper item and one time they gave me a margarita for the trouble but it happens way too much. Let me start by saying I've been to multiple Fuzzy's location and ALWAYS had a wonderful experience. My mom was visiting from out of town, I ordered a pick up from the new Little Elm location.. It was awful! Everything was terrible about the experience accept the phone call to place the order.. that worker was friendly. The cooks were fighting and eye rolling with one another while I waited.. I got home.. everything was ice cold (I live 5 mins away). The tacos were thrown together as if a tornado did it. The taste of the taco is best described as gross and old. The guacamole was brown and nasty. It was just overall disgusting and disappointing. I've never been to a Fuzzy's Taco Shop before, so I had high hopes. I really wanted to like this place since Little Elm has so few restaurants. Unfortunately, this place is a major fail. The food ranges from inedible to plain. I came in at 5:30pm and there were no other customers there. I gave my order to a rude teenager, who was helped by another teenager who didn't know how to assemble a cardboard drink caddie. I asked how big the tacos are and was told they're taco sized. Not helpful. After a long wait (more than 15 minutes), my food finally came out. I checked everything (since I know better) and found that my chips, salsa, and guacamole were missing. I informed them that those items were missing and they brought out a bag that they claimed had all the missing items. Stupid me for not checking again because when I got home, I found that the salsa (which I paid extra for) was missing. For my kids, I ordered the kids chicken sticks. They were dark brown from being overcooked and looked like the cheap kind of frozen chicken that you get at Costco. They kind of looked like fish sticks. My kids just stared at them and were very reluctant to eat them. I felt bad serving them such obviously substandard chicken. My tacos were tasteless and unremarkable, except for the "spicy pork taco", which was good, but not spicy, and was swimming in grease. The tacos that I got looked NOTHING like what's pictured on their website. They look more like the small/thin compacted tacos that you get at taco bell. They were mostly lettuce and cheese. The side of "latin fried potatoes" looked like those breakfast diced potatoes and tasted like they came out of a frozen bag and were microwaved. They were dry, overcooked, flavorless, rubbery, and hard to eat. I ended up throwing them away because they were SO BAD. The "queso" looked nothing like any queso I've had before. It looked a lot more like the cheese-whiz that comes in a can from the store. I refuse to believe it was anything other than a very low quality store-bought canned cheese sauce. I threw that away because it was inedible. The chips and guacamole were the only thing that was good. The guacamole may have even been made there. read more

You naturally find yourself sitting in their lovely colorful chairs while the neon light fixtures have you glowing. You have the best time of your life. Not a fan of this Fuzzy's or any other. I'm definitely in a minority. Everything I've tried has too much stuff on it. Mexican food with mystery sauces or feta cheese? Don't get it. Calorie counts are high. Most dishes have calorie counts around 1,000 calories or more. Prices are high for a place where you order at a counter, pick up your own food, and bus your own table. First let me say I don't understand all the negative reviews. I may be going a bit high with a 4 but I'm giving them the benefit of doubt. Place was very clean and employees were super nice and friendly. Cool vibe eating environment. Decent music, attractive funky design. Outside patio is minimal, nice clean still and relaxing as I watched the cars zoom by with good music playing and nothing but time to kill. The menu was vast. This was my first and unfortunately only time coming here as I am visiting from Upstate NY and have limited time in Little Elm. I opted for 2 shrimp tacos and a spicy pork taco. Both varieties came with lettuce diced tomato lettuce cheese. It said they came with some sort of garlic sauce though I really couldn't tell. Which I'm guessing is why my friend who lives in Little Elm always gets his with extra sauce. I got a mango unsweetened ice tea and added 2 squeezed lime wedges. Very refreshing and not too much just right in taste. I preferred the shrimp over the "spicy" pork. There really isn't any spice at all to the pork and would not get it again although there was a good amount in there. Now the shrimp DID have spice and taste. I used both their packeted hot sauces which did boost the flavor of both but the shrimp may have been OK without it but I wanted to sweat. The pork DOES need something as it's just bland. The entire meal set me back a little less than 10 bucks. I'm sure if I hopefully come back I can tweek my meal to bring it to a solid 4. read more

We come to Fuzzys frequently. Today the manager "Sharif" called the police on a that a customer ( at the bar waiting for his to go order) parked in the pick up lane. He actually spoke with a different customer and told them what he was doing......? Never bothered to tell the gentleman waiting. Little Elm Police sowed up and we're very nice about it. Customer moved his car to the back lot. This particular manager is consistently abrasive to customers and has no place in the service industry. read more

Not only did she help me figure out what to order but she also saw I was having a bad morning and went the extra mile to help me out. The restaurant itself was clean and the food was great!!!
