I love coming in here to look around at the different items, and get inspiration! This store, just like Nebraska furniture Mart has FAR too many employees. You can tell they are all commission based. Every time I walk around, between five and 10 employees ask me if I'm finding everything all right. This isn't the worst thing that can happen while you're shopping, but in my opinion, it does get a little annoying, and concerning to see how many employees are without customers to help. Overall, I love coming here for inspiration! I am very picky on the items I buy, so have yet to find something I actually purchased in the store, but hope to someday as the price point is reasonable.

He aggressively removed the parts, shelves and drawers from the refrigerator and even scratched one of the drawers with a knife while attempting to scrape off ice. When questioned, he simply commented that the grapes were "really good." He informed me that he needed to leave to get a part and would return within two hours, which would've been around 3:00pm. Around 4:00pm, he texted my husband to apologize and stated he would arrive around 5:00pm. At 5:30pm, after my husband reached out again, the technician replied that he was finishing his last job and would arrive shortly. He ultimately did not return until 6:30pm. This entire experience was extremely unprofessional, and we will not be recommending or using this company again.

They made us late for work, and miss appointments because of not showing up at the times they told us they'd be there.
