He compared my situation to taking a car in for repairs and still having to pay even if they don't know what's wrong -- a comparison that made no sense in this context. He also insisted that my husband call him, even after I repeatedly explained that he is my ex, then hang up the phone on me. He was insensitive and rude. I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone. My ex‑husband and my brother both used their services in the past and recommended them to me, but it's clear that customer loyalty and family referrals mean nothing to this owner.

It was a 16-year-old wheel McLain, which next to nothing goes wrong with.
