This happened while my husband was away on business and I had Rubber Duck Plumbing install a new furnace for a lot of money.  When my husband returned home, he called the company to see if they could give us some Type of Credit since the heater was new and also expensive. Called to tell them they never pumped the tank and they proceeded to act like I filled a 1000 gallon tank when I was on vacation. They don't stand by the customer and would rather talk over you on the phone then listen. I paid the bill for not pumping the tank and they said they would come back. But where is the invoice saying they completed work. Oh. I forgot. They didn't. On a side note the worker proceeded to keep talking about Trump and how minorities and foreigners are taking jobs and ruining America. I happen to be a foreigner. Save your money and headache and go somewhere else. At the time of writing this the manager said they would call right back. That was almost two hours ago and they're closed now. We move on. Actually worked out better - found a far more reliable, friendly local plumber who was responsive and charged me $200 less. I should have known Service Tech wasn't reliable when they - well Denny, just threw out a nearly $600 flat quote to install one simple bathroom faucet...without ever seeing the job. I asked if he wanted the model number for the faucet. No need for that when he had no intent to follow through. Makes me wonder about all the other positive reviews. Maybe they were customers who paid for more expensive jobs. What a shame I just had a faucet.

They didn't touch anything and said they would need to drive 45 minutes to get the parts and it would be 325.00 just for the trip out there? What? And on top of that 350.00 for the repair. I told them no and they argued with me. Called a local company and had it fixed same day with parts from the truck for 210.00. Stay away from theses guys I think they get a percentage of total as pay.
