My group got two rounds of drinks which included the Toasted Pecan Old Fashioned, Figgy Smalls, Christmas in a Cup, Happiness is a Warm Puppy, Milk & Cookies, and Maple Bacon Old Fashioned. My favorites by far were the Toasted Pecan Old Fashioned and Figgy Smalls. My group also loved the Milk & Cookies. We figured it would have been the perfect way to top off our evening. For first-timers it might be hard trying to find the speakeasy since at first I thought you had to access it from the Busy Street and walk up three flights of stairs. Actually you just walk inside of the Embers building, find the elevator that's kind of hidden and take it to the Third floor. I thought that the little trip up felt exclusive already. Once you're at the third floor you are treated to a beautiful array of scenery. Exit to your left and you were treated to the bar and some great tables with a cozy, intimate setting. I'm not sure if it was open seating since there was a little podium right off the elevator so we just sat ourselves. Some speakeasies require a certain dress code to keep up with the times. This one thankfully was casual though many people dressed business casual. We actually loved how the staff dressed as well. I have to try their Japanese sex drink and I absolutely loved every ship that I took. The drinks are fairly price. They did have a food menu but it was mainly snacks and small plates that were a bit overpriced. If we're having a large Gathering they have a big private room next door. This place does have a lot of great events going on as well with their upcoming Valentine's Day event that looks really interesting. It does get pretty busy as well after 7:00 p.m. from our experience. Overall, I was excited and enjoyed our visit coming to the 933 speakeasy!

My buddy and I found Uncle Richie's a few months back. We drive by it on our way home from work every day and decided to finally stop for a drink. I'm so glad we did since it has now become one of our favorite places. As soon as you walk in you figure out quickly that the seats at the bar are clearly reserved for the regulars but the bartenders and owner were really nice. Instead we took a wobbly table near the back which allowed us to take in the scenery and, of course, people watch. They have the usual stuff you expect out of a townie bar: cash bar, bad bathrooms, funny wall signs and those gambling games that look like they belong at an arcade. It does have one feature that makes it stand out against other small townie bars: a claw machine filled with porn and stuffed animals! I know that might make me sound creepy but I promise I didn't play! Now my friend on the other hand.... Can't forget to mention that they have a fridge full of to-go 6 packs, all mislabeled. There isn't much to eat there (except for their advertised $1 warm nuts) but you don't go here to eat. Their drinks are pretty solid. They have decent beers to choose from and they can poor a mixed drink, just don't expect anything too fancy. Fortunately we've been able to grab a couple of our work friends to come with us from time to time and they love it too. Locals probably know and love this place but more people should frequent this bar. There aren't too many places around like this one anymore. I'll be going back for sure. read more

When this place allowed an idiot to call the police on John Basile it lost my business. When the police department actually made out a citation, after knowing this man for years, has Lockport also losing my business. You're in more danger from some of this bars customers, and a tiger cub who was with three very experienced handlers. saw the guy on the news who called the police. He looks like he's a much greater threat to customers there than that poor cub.I read more

Uncle Richie's: A wonderful family establishment. I won my son a stuffed animal from the claw machine and now he sleeps with it every night! I also won a delightful DVD for me and the Mrs., that I would love to say we watch every night, but then I would be lying. The bar does not accept credit or debit cards so make sure you bring your benjis! The atmosphere was also great. Lockport's finest residents seem to call this pub home. read more

Everyone around the area raved about their bloody marys, so I thought, hey might as well make a stop here especially since my daughter recently turned 21. Sadly, we were disappointed by lack of service from the bartenders. I've been here a few times! The decor is certainly unique! The Bloody Marys are PERFECT! Really cool atmosphere genuine people and staff and just a really fun change of scenery for a bar! I would certainly go back to drink a bloody and relax! read more

These help soak up alcohol so you can stay here later. Good place for a cheap ass drink. Play some pool. The other food options include typical bar things like fries and wings.
