Zal efficiently replaced a jury-rigged pipe under my kitchen sink, that had plagued me for years. Zal then showed me, & repaired another leak, that a previous plumber had told me he'd fix. From there he discovered the blockage in my drain. Zal did not give up. He kept snaking the pipes until he freed the stubborn clog. This all took hours. My interactions with them have always been extremely pleasant--it's like speaking to a friend. You can just tell they are genuinely good, honest people. Years ago, the city told me I had water running, so I called them to investigate. Mr. John came out and checked all my bathrooms. He honestly told me he didn't find anything wrong. Another company easily could have lied, cheated, and overcharged me, but he didn't. He even taught me how to check for leaks myself using the food dye method! While he was there, he also noticed my kitchen sink was loose, told me exactly what kind of screws it needed, and said he would have fixed it right then and there if he had the screws on him. Another time, I had a real emergency when my water heater pipe burst. The receptionist was very nice and tried to get ahold of Mr. John. She called me back to let me know he was unfortunately too busy to come out, but she gracefully provided me with the name and number of another trusted plumber. Very few businesses care enough to help you when they aren't even making money off the job. Because it was an emergency, I immediately went to my neighborhood WhatsApp group to ask for plumber recommendations.
