She they were going to begin work, my outside spigot snapped off when I was trying to remove my hose and connect theirs for the pressure flush they were going to perform. After the company that did the drainfield refused to come fix the problem. I found 24-7 Pump Out and they immediately agreed to come out on a Saturday (by the way no extra weekend fee crap). I live in Palm Beach Gardens, Palm Beach County and within a few hours they came out and fixed everything, plus did a complete blow out of the inside pipes for a minimal amount of money. Jason and Michael literally saved my weekend because I had out of town guests staying with me (we had to drive to local Publix to use the bathroom...it was that bad!) Plus I had a big birthday dinner party scheduled that weekend. Since then Jason has been hands on and has personally followed up with me with a genuine concern that with rainy season coming he wanted to let me know that the old septic lids (long time needed) needed to be replaced whether I used his company or another company... Despite the change of plans, he persevered, kept in touch, assessed the situation and gave me a price without any hassle or drama, which I appreciated. I scheduled an appointment with this company to check a bathroom pipe, but they completely failed to disclose that they charge a service fee just for the estimate. Many plumbing companies offer free estimates, so I was incredibly surprised and unhappy to see these unexpected charges on my bill. They should be upfront about their fees before sending someone out.
