AP Office manager Nicole responded with concerned understanding of the [emergency] situation. Frank Acosta himself was at my home within an hour to assess the issue with my building's management and engineer. Everyone got 'on the same page' to resolve the problem and a schedule was implemented. Acosta Plumbing took care of everything INCLUDING the Permit process. We each had jobs to do and accomplish. My job between Christmas and the first week post-New Year's was to find replacement tile for the shower base which did not require 10-12 weeks delivery along with possible Tariffs and delays AND would coordinate with the rest of the bathroom design. During the holidays, many business are closed. A challenge, indeed. Plus I did not want to inconvenience my neighbor for longer than absolutely necessary.
