The Fanimation Pylon is not very expensive (about $170) compared to other fans that run $300 and up. The fan in modern looking, chic, operates quietly, cools even in lowest setting and to top it off it has an LED light that you can dim. Fanimation had a problem with some fans early in 2017, but that has been corrected. Customer service was great, and happy to help me with any questions. Definitely will buy again for my next ceiling fan project.
