I spent time locating something else which would have cost hundreds more and when I went to the store I was told NO they would not give me credit for the skirt even though it was BALLARD that was at fault for NEVER CALLING me about my order for 9 months. The store manager was quite rude and did not apologize for THEIR ERROR. I am a good customer and have ordered mirrors wallpaper paintings etc but was treated poorly.
