Samantha created a safe, supportive, and professional environment where my daughter felt heard and understood. What truly sets Hadley House Counseling apart is the genuine care they show for their clients and families. Their team goes above and beyond because they understand that mental health is a collaborative effort that involves the entire support system. The compassion, dedication, and commitment they demonstrate make a meaningful difference in the lives of the families they serve. Thank you to Samantha for her guidance and unwavering support throughout my daughter's journey. Thank you also to Delmi for your advocacy and professionalism. She is compassionate, patient, understanding, and incredibly easy to talk to, even during difficult conversations. I've been through some incredibly difficult and painful times, and honestly, I don't know how I would've made it through without her support. She has helped me feel grounded during moments where everything felt overwhelming, and she's given me tools, encouragement, and reassurance when I needed it most. What stands out most is how seen and heard she makes you feel. She doesn't just listen -- she genuinely cares and helps you process things in a way that feels productive, empowering, and realistic. Even virtually, her warmth and kindness come through so naturally. I'm deeply grateful for the support and guidance I've received from Roxanna and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate, skilled, and truly supportive therapist.

I understand that this career path is challenging, especially when it comes to terminology and anatomy. However, from the very first day, there was very little encouragement from the instructor teaching the course. There was also a noticeable lack of structure. We weren't given guidance on how to study or how to format our notes--everything was something we had to figure out on our own. I understand we're adults, but it still would have been helpful to receive some formal direction or tips for successful studying. I also would've preferred if classes were held every day instead of only two days a week. With the program lasting only about four months, students are forced to cram a lot of information into a short amount of time. Spreading the material out more evenly and offering more frequent classes would make a big difference. Toward the end of the course, I noticed the instructors seemed to lose interest in the students. It honestly felt like they didn't care whether we passed or failed. Another major issue is the internship. They tell you that you will have one, but that's misleading. Only the best students are able to get placed at PIH, while others are either told to wait or to find their own internship. Overall, I think the program has potential but needs major improvement in structure, support, and honesty with students.
