And I do not mean a few things from scratch; I mean everything from the bread to the delectable dressings and sauces. Creativity and superior quality are right up front in everything they serve. It provided the most consistently satisfying dinner experience as anywhere I have ever eaten. Given the serving sizes and wonderful food they serve it may be underpriced. The staff are the best, thank you to all of you for your attentive and gracious service. The wine selection is an added bonus. It is a great place to have a special dinner. Alexis will see to that!

Their menu truly has something for everyone. I'm more of an adventurous eater than my mother and HogsHead has unique options and more classic ones too. Their dining room is warm and inviting as is their bar area. We started with their Warm Brie & Pear "Jezebel" appetizer, which was like a deconstructed version of baked brie. It had prosciutto, pecans, spinach, cranberry and an orange ginger vinaigrette. It was delicious! For our entrees, I ordered one of the specials, the Jambalaya. My mom got the BBQ ribs and my fiance had the Caribbean Jerk Pork Chops. All three entrees were out of this world. It was easily one of the best meals I've had in the Hilton Head area. There's one chef and a sous chef in the kitchen, and they're knocking it out of the park. I highly recommend HogsHead!

It's a bit hidden in the way back of Reilly's Plaza, which is a shame, because their food (pizza notably) and service is excellent! There should be more people eating here! The dining room had a few groups of patrons. I want this place to succeed on the island. The pizza crust is classic Neapolitan style: Crunch-chewy. Our server, Dré, was a delight! The bread & dipping oil service was appreciated while we waited for Bearded Lady, Hawaiian, House Special and Fire Eater pizzas. My BIL shared his Caesar tasty salad, deliciously dressed. We shared a bottle of Chianti as well. All the pizzas were delicious for different reasons. My favs were the Fire Eater & House Special. The Hawaiian was very bacon forward, but needed another handful of pineapple to cut the richness of the porkiness. Not complaining, just giving my opinion! Still delicious! We took pizza home--no room for dessert. I'm pleased to report that leftover pizza for this morning's breakfast, while sitting on a beach, was top notch!

I'm unsure what it's like inside, but we sat outside at the bar and it was an "almost upscale vibe" but not really, Great service though, and the large pizza was HUGE.

We only had drinks at Calhoun, but they did make me a GREAT spicy margarita. It was one of the best I've had. Huge thanks to the hostess who made it happen for me. She was great!

A little background: The inside usually smells awful, they need to fix the kitchen vent hoods but don't so they leave all doors open. The hostess is usually pretty curt and dismissive. Simple well liquor cocktails are priced the same as specialty. The food is disappointing to varying degrees every time. The prime rib is clearly (admittedly high quality) roast beef lunch meat. Fried chicken sandwich was dry and burned. Shrimp and grits were obviously instant grits with a bunch of kraft cheddar. Usually three strikes and you're out. But... On my last visit: a friend's band was playing and bestie wanted to go so one last shot. I ordered the whipped goat cheese and pepper jelly bc I figured it didn't need any cooking so it would be fine, and it was! But I asked for baguette instead of a corn waffle and got the latter. When I reminded her that I asked for a baguette I got an eye roll, heavy sigh, and didn't see her again until about 30 minutes later when she silently and without eye contact dropped the check on her way to another table without even breaking stride. I was going to order another drink for the end of the set! But whatever, all for the best. Thank goodness I had cash so I didn't have to wait another hour for her to run my card. Never again. Too many great options close by...where the same local bands also play.
