Customer service is mediocre. I have been a consistent customer since they opened phoenix and they don't know my name. I still go til this day because I love sneakers and street wear. We have been buying from undefeated for years now but it's usually online. We were in the area and decided to stop by. The store is very well organized and clean, very well stocked. They were two gentleman working but no customers, they seemed busy watching tv just sitting. No one asked if we needed help, just made us feel very uncomfortable like as if we were a bother to them. By far my favorite store in Phoenix. I always get the help I'm looking for regarding sizes or even release dates. Staff is always helpful and genuine. Only issue I've encountered is being asked to show my ID with debit purchases. The whole point of debit or Apple Pay is the convenience of NOT taking out my ID. I guess they'd rather be safe than sorry, can't blame them. If your into the latest shoes and streetwear clothing, this is the place to shop! read more

Every undefeated looks like a down low medicinal shop. The sleek black contemporary look w/tinted windows. They have a decent selection of sneakers. Nothing rare but more selection than house of hoops. They consistently have resellers waiting in lines outside just to cop the latest sheep sneakers. Clothes are overpriced & for hypebeast clones who identify w/celebrities more than themselves. Customer service ain't what it use to be. I was going to purchase multiple pairs of shoes & I asked the salesman for a 3rd pair of sneakers. He just disappeared, he came back on the sales floor talking on his cellphone, & totally forgot about me. I had to get the attention of another saleswoman to check on that pair. Wow stumbled upon this store through Yelp and I am glad we made a stop here on the way to Scottsdale!! If you love Adidas, Nike, and Vans then this shop is the place to go!! The products are good. I been a customer for a while and I never really make any reviews on anything. So I'm looking for a pair of shoes on the website, I already knew what I was gonna get. I pull up kinda late but 100% before 7pm the time it says they close on Apple Maps) it was 6:22pm. I got out of work at 6pm and had to rush over and as I'm about to walk up to the door some dude skating inside the store just closes it and says "it's done" 30 minutes before the time they usually close. I get it bro, you have better things to do other than the shop. I was literally gonna be in and out, what was 30 minutes gonna do for you. Very nice store that just opened up in central Phoenix! It's very clean and open. All of their items are very well organized. Shoes on one side of the store, clothes on the other side, and hats and accessories in the middle. The staff seemed a bit unfriendly at first but they warmed up to us as my boyfriend and I stayed and shopped for over 30 minutes. They started striking up conversations with us about other fashion trends and brands and were very nice and helpful when we inquired about additional sizes. I do wish parking was a bit easier and larger. They have parking spaces available right in front of the store but it's also very close to the sidewalk of the street, so it's a bit of a pain having to pull out and drive backwards right into the street. They do have some side parking but I believe it's shared with the restaurant next door so it might be a hit and miss on what's available depending on busy hours. Definitely see my and my boyfriend coming back more often to see what new styles they have available month after month! read more
