Over the course of what was probably an hour, she helped me try on almost every shoe in the store. She offered very helpful tip and information on how to better understand the fit of the shoes. As I began to narrow down the options of what I wanted to purchase vs what I was just there to see, Aspen was so patient and ready to assist. Because of the wider selection online of colors and styles, she helped me to place my order online at the store for delivery in a few days. I appreciate her generous help and am looking forward to receiving my new shoes!

She brought out my normal 9.5 size but they were a bit too big. She then brought out a 9 and they were perfect. She was so helpful and I could tell she really loves what she does. I ended up buying 3 pairs of the drivers in different colors and I will definately go back for other styles. The in store experience was VERY refreshing. There were two customers ahead of me. I looked at a few items in the store and was helped in about five minutes. I was measured for an insole. Staff heated the insole. I then stepped on a piece of equipment that would mold the insole to my foot. Staff were super helpful. She had me try on some slight compression socks. Once the insole was ready as well as my results, staff got me a pair of shoes. She placed the insoles inside and had me try them on. They felt so good. I was on a time crunch so I had to leave shortly after that. Staff sent me the foot evaluation results to my email. Interesting process and good to know the results. Shared parking lot.

I drove to the store in Peoria only to find out they have gone out of business. I called the Scottsdale location and a representative told me that this particular shoe has been discontinued because of similar complaints. I was told to go there so they could look at the shoe. The manager and the employee I talked to on the phone both confirmed that my shoes had been discontinued literally days after I purchased them. I was told at that time that there was nothing they would do except give a small discount on another pair. They could have had a customer for life. Great way to treat people! I get why there was not a single customer in their store on a Saturday morning.

I love that they carry some of our favorite brands like Vuori, Patagonia, North Face, Hoka, New Balance and Birkenstock. They also have a limited selection of energy fuel (ie: gu, gummies, etc...) + sunscreen, lip balm and small sporting accessories. The prices are not cheap, however... unless you luck out and find your size and style on a sale rack. On a recent visit with my daughter, we purchased 3 pairs of shorts. One on sale and the others pretty expensive. Hopefully they will last a long time!

I'm an animal lover and it was a super tough decision to make, but I decided on a high-powered premium air rifle and premium ammo so that the job would be done quick and as painless as possible. I assumed Amazon was cheaper but I was willing to spend more money to solve the problem today, and I wanted to try to support local. I called to make sure that they had the gun in stock, I spoke with Ismael (I'm sorry, friend I hope I spelled your name right). He was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. When I showed up to the store, he recognized me from our conversation and came right over to help me. This guy knows his stuff. I was surprised to find out that there was a sale, and it was much cheaper than Amazon! Definitely a valuable employee and I hope he is recognized and well taken care of. I know the district manager for this place as well, his name is Seth Blum and he's a great guy. Super friendly and personable and great at his job. This place is fun, I hope they stick around... If you haven't been in go give them a shot... It reminds me of Popular.. that was a camping/outdoor place back in the early to mid 90s.
