We visited during lunch time and the store was pretty busy with customers and a lot of the workers were just stepping out for lunch. When we checked out I noticed one guy at the register and the line was quite long, but he was working 2 registers at the same time.... Wow, is all I have to say. When it was our turn to check out I realized the tag on his shirt said "assistant manager", if Famous Footwear doesn't promote this guy to management then you're crazy. With no hesitation, he was handling 2 customers at the same time, juggling questions customers also had. He even informed me that the 2nd item didn't have to be shoes and could be any other items with less or equal value to honor the 50% off, so I ended up getting my younger son a lunch bag here. This gentleman was very informative, very friendly and still managed to multitask. Prices weren't that great as far as sales and I always like good sales, but when you have great customer service then a lot of times people come back due to the service. I would definitely come back and hope that Famous Footwear acknowledges that gentleman because he is an outstanding worker.

They have a mixture of namebrand shoes from Nike's to Converse to Puma and even Timbalands. So this store is like every other shoe store now and has a rewards system. If you don't know what that is, basically you have this card that accumulates history of your purchases and in return for purchasing you get points. Points then turns to so much dollars off and the stores stay hopeful, hoping you'll come back so you can utilize their rewards card. I'm not a big shopper because I'm not one that likes big crowds, but I do like good deals. The last time we visited they had deals like buy one get the second pair for 50% off and you can really get a good deal. They even sell some clothing here, but shoes is basically their deal here. The staff seem to like their job and seemed willing to help the customers. It was pretty clean and tidy when we visited and it wasn't busy at all when we visited, but then again we went during the week.

Carter's runs from newborn to size 8 while Osh Kosh runs size 0 to 14. This one stop store is convenient for those who have children of all ages. Everything is separated with boys on one side and girls on another with clearance towards the back of the store. Merchandise was organized and tidy. And they had a full size run of everything I was eyeing. There was a good selection of spring merchandise and all of it was so cute. The only interaction I had with an employee was at the register. They were quick and efficient with ringing up everyone in line. The weekend we visited, everything was 50% off. If you sign up for their rewards program, you receive coupons for % off your purchases. Plus, with the rewards program, when you spend $75, you get a $10 reward coupon. Reaching $75 is easy seeing how fast babies can outgrow their clothing, so any savings is awesome. My only complaint is that there is so much merchandise that it can be a tight squeeze fitting a stroller in between the racks. I probably won't be visiting this store any time soon, but I recommend this store if you are stopping by the outlets and need some new cute outfits for your little ones.
