Anthony called me back the next day, and came to look at my house that afternoon. He got back to me within another day or so with options and estimates. We quickly agreed on a price that felt reasonable and fair; it included not only a replacement, but also disposal of all the old roofing materials, and a full lifetime warranty. Today, less than two weeks after my initial call, I got my new roof. Anthony's crew showed up on time, were friendly and polite, and worked hard. They were careful about spreading tarp all around the house to catch everything that came off, and then did a very thorough job of clean up. When we had a severe rainstorm about 2 weeks ago, I got a fresh brown spot on my ceiling in an area very close to the original spots. I called them asking for them to come put a barrier over the area until the contractor I'm using comes in early August. The new contractor is charging $10.000, the right price because I checked elsewhere. The man in charge at Lyndsey at first denied that I paid him $1500, which I had been asked for to pay cash, and said I'd paid him $200 for the work done. He is no longer denying it because I found supporting cancelled bank proof. And he is refusing to cover my roof. I rate this company very, very poorly.

Collin, the project manager was on point and came twice (!) ahead of time to assure measurements are legit. Gary orchestrated the whole operation by selling us the project while understanding our budget concern, never too pushy, and also paid a visit while the team were installing the new windows. At the end they wrapped it up and leave everything behind as it was when they came. Plus the new awesome looking windows. He was professional, timely, and did an excellent job and was clean in how he left it. We had clear instructions not to use the showers for 24 hours. I love the work he did.
