Almost two months later, I found out they had completely lost the order. Not delayed it--lost the entire in-house order. This wasn't just one shirt either; it was a complete uniform package. All I really got was, "We're sorry." How does a business lose an order that was placed and paid for in person and then have no record of it for two months? Luckily, I kept my receipt. Otherwise, I'm concerned I would have had to prove I paid for it or possibly pay for everything again. This was incredibly frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. Parents order school sports uniforms ahead of time for a reason--we expect them to be ready when our kids need them. If I had another choice, I would absolutely go somewhere else.
